I received my order pretty quickly and was able to track easily. I did not need to contact customer service, I was kept in the loop via emails. I received an order confirming email, a preparing order email and a shipped email with the USPS tracking number.
I think the products and format are great, but Opensky pricing is ridiculous. Take any item, shop it on Amazon, and you'll find it there for one-fourth to one-half the Opensky price. Returns seem fine to me. Customer service seems fine too. They're just overpriced.

I ordered some blue sapphire studs thinking that I would get blue sapphires. Instead the studs had a clear Stone in it. Now I could have seen they are white Sapphires and sapphires come in all colors but I don't know that period when I wrote to opensky they said if I wanted to return the items I could to the vendor that sent them to me which was I Paris in California. It's not worth the effort I'm very disappointed.

This company is unbelievable. The shirt I ordered had sleeves 5 inches too short! I returned the 28.00 shirt & got only 7.00 credit! Then I didnt even hit send & they sent me another order which they did refnd in full. The Credits are a joke. Shirt I like is 25$ & with a 14$ credit & S/H it is 31.99. The credits are useless & are not really credits at all. Overpriced merch but sooo cute. Too bad. I love so many of the tops but will not ever order again cause if it does not fit you are out all but a few bucks for trying it. Be careful with this site as it is not normal

This company is absolutely dreadful... First my order took over a month to arrive after I was assured it would take less than a week. Then when I finally received the package, it was the wrong item. I'm still waiting on my refund and nearly three weeks. I will never be ordering anything from OpenSky.com ever again.

Price was good but continuously having to check shipping status is annoying. Have contacted regarding stagnant delivery and will allow a few days for update otherwise, i will be disputing charge with my my cc company due to item not received/services not rendered.

I was sent the wrong color boots but I am going to try and make them work. I ordered 12 blue boots and received 12 black.

The item I bought was ballet flats, they were advertised as leather ballet flats but when I got them they were made from polyethylene. Very cheap looking not worth $24

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
