Want to give a zero but it appears you have to give some sort of number. First and last time ordering from here. Ordered a handheld video game for my son over a month ago and still have not received it. Emailed them cause of course there is no phone number and they say they will ship another and get this. Give me a 5 dollar credit. Like I would order from here again. Well it's been two weeks since that email and still no item or tracking number to at least prove they sent another. Will be callingamerican express to dispute this charge. Don't order from these people. Especially since they don't have a contact number to speak with someone. They suck.
These has been about the seventh item I have purchased from OpenSky. With all of my purchases, I have been very pleased and satisfied. The process for ordering is easy, the delivery is on point (matter of days). I will definitely continue to use OpenSky for future purchases.
I purchased the Swarovski Elements Crystal Heart Charm Bracelet and I really like the bracelet. The heart charm was a bit smaller and more light weight than I thought it would be, but the bracelet and other charms have great weight and I love the safety chain. Shipping was pretty quick, I got the bracelet about 4 days after I ordered it. I would certainly recommend the bracelet! I would have given a higher rating, but when I looked on my bank statement, I saw the following... RECURRING PAYMENT AUTHORIZED ON 04/29 OPENSKY PROJECT IN *******779 NY... What?! I purchased a bracelet... I NEVER authorized any recurring payments... for what? So, I called the number on my bank statement and guess what... the company can no longer be reached by phone. So I sent an email but never got a response. That makes me uneasy. I wish they would offer a pay pal option to make payment. It's been three days and I have not gotten a response yet. So, I called my bank and the card has been cancelled.

All payments made for products offered on OpenSky are one time payments, but we do see this on occasion and certainly understand your concern. Basically, as soon as you make a purchase, our system will confirm that you have the funds available and place a temporary hold on those funds. Then, once your item has been marked as shipped, we will capture those funds, at which point the payment will be complete. Some payment providers will label these temporary authorizations as "recurring payments" and, unfortunately, we have been unable to find a sensible way to avoid this. Also, we have looked into the possibility of supporting Paypal payments, and may released that option with a future update to our site. I am very satisfied with this purchase from Opensky. It was delivered on time and as it was described.
I received the bracelet within about 5 to 7 days of ordering it. It is quite beautiful and the engraving is perfect. I was concerned since I have only one son that the engraving would be plural as it was shown in the ad; however, the engraved circle was personalized for me and the name tag was perfect. The bracelet is every bit as high quality as I hoped it would be. So all in all, I am very happy with the product and with how OpenSky handled the sale and delivery.

I had purchased Black And White Swarovski Elements Crystal Hoops in 18Kt White Gold. When I received the order and examined the earrings I noticed that in one earing several of the crystals were missing. They are very small so the earrings can be worn without really noticing, but I had bought these as a gift. Now I'm not so sure I should give them.
Quality products, but shipping is sooooo slow! Be careful when ordering. Just unintentionally touch the order tab w/o knowing it and you have ordered.
I ordered a toy for my kid almost 2 months ago and this place promised to deliver in only 10 days. I still have not received my purchase. It is impossible to find a contact number to call. I would never order anything from here again.

I ordered three bracelets for daughters for Mother Days and was pleased. Then I placed an order for a pair of earrings and didn't receive what I ordered... they expect me to pay all shipping fees... ridiculous when they misrepresented their product. I also ordered a shirt that quality was inferior especially based on the price I paid... again to return I will be held for shipping fees. I will never order from this site again... too many good sites to buy.

So... I bought an item from this company and when I got it, it didn't work. I contacted Open Sky and it said to use the form on my order page to return it. So I filled out the handy-dandy form and there was a drop-down for the reason for return. There was no "Piece of overpriced * electronic gadget that does not work" so I clicked on "Item quality did not meet the expectation." Then they said that for $8.41 I could return the item because it was not the fault of the seller that my expectations were not met. Evidently having a product actually WORK is beyond reasonable expectations.
So for $8.41 I have the privilege of returning an item I have never used because it doesn't work so that I can get a partial refund.
Oh no.
I will extract my $25 pound of flesh by sharing my absolute disgust with the product AND Open Sky's poor customer service. This will give me far more satisfaction than the return of 16 bucks.
So... BUYER BEWARE! RIPOFF company.

Extremely disappointed on the wrong item being sent. We take time out of our busy lives to order things sometimes for our loved ones as a Male this tends to be harder when receiving the wrong product it's extremely irritating to send it back be charged again for shipping when I feel it is an error on the shippers part and we should be extremely compensated for our shipping costs there should be no out-of-pocket expense from the consumer. The ring is beautiful. It came quickly but the packaging left a lot to be desired. It would have been better if it had come in a ring box of some type. I bought one from another of your suppliers in Oklahoma that came in a slender ring box with a bow closure. Not expensive packaging but nice.
Stuff was what I ordered! Not junk or fake like wish! We're their stuff never came as what u orderd! To way to long, and got things I didn't order and wrong sizes and colors! Will be ordering from you again!

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
