I've yet to use the product. It is, however, what I expected. I'm looking forward to using it when I travel to Cambodia, where it is quite hot. From all reports, it should keep me nice and cool.
Returned blouse for sm size.? Now a month has gone by still no blouse. Paid for blouse plus charged 18.00 for what? Would never order anything more from you. Do no desire refund just blouse that I initially ordered.

Happy so far with the merchandise, but have issues with customer service. Tried getting information on how to return/exchange an item due to wrong size, but never got a reply. Do not buy anything from this company. I reported them to the better business bureau. Placed order 4 months ago and still haven't received my package.

The picture of the earrings shows black on one side and white on the other, but the ones received are only black. It was not what I expected.

I still have not received my package and it's been almost 2 months since I ordered it. I did however disputed it with my credit card company and they even tried getting in contact with this company and have gotten nothing! This company seriously rips people off! Buy from them at your own risk! Looks like they screw people out of money daily!

I ordered a Mario handheld game system a month ago and it's been "in transit to destination" for almost 3 weeks. I contacted customer support multiple times they stated the merchant was having some problems and if I wanted a refund to let them know. So I go to get on my account on opensky to request a refund and they DELETED MY ACCOUNT. I tried to see if maybe I forgot my password but nope my email address is not even in there system! I can't get on to request a refund, nor check anything in regards to my order! I found a telephone number for them but all it is is a answering machine! Complete and total fraud! My credit card company is disputing the charge now! BUYERS BEWARE!
Well got an email from Livingsocial, advertising a Sunbeam shower head, they quoted retail at 112.00, buy it now for 29.00, wasn't sure but figured wow Sunbeam recognized name so after a few emails targeted to me figured for that price and a good name why not. So I purchased... now people wait for it... all of a sudden I'm redirected to some site called Opensky, 29.00 plus shipping, total 33.00, takes forever to get it, they ship DHL for some reason. So today I have some time figured I would install it, omg plastic junk, I'm afraid to tighten to tight I didn't want to break it. Well my friends guess what, its loose, it leaks, its crap... okay now the fun part, I go to the Opensky site, click on return item asks me the reason, I click on its not acceptable and not functioning, as I do this I notice at the bottom I'm not only going to lose the shipping money to get of this piece of junk there going to charge me, 8.41 to send it back and deduct that from my 33.00 I spent.
Okay here is the kicker, when I was reading the fine print on the box its not really the famous appliance company Sunbeam it's some, two bit company called Jarden Consumer Solutions. Which I'm guess buys junk and resells it as a brand name... Can Your Say Fraud... Beware my friends, I'm going to go after Living Social and see how badly they want to tarnish there reputation... oh and here is something else, the shipping label lol is going to Exquisite Jewelry in Brooklyn NY, OMG WTF... beware, Beware, I will update as I elevate this issue, I think Living Social needs to step up.

I ordered a conditioner, that was discontinued from Victoria Secrets, off of this site. After taking my money, I was informed that that product was no longer. Then I was told to go on to their site and cancel the order so I can get my money back. I emailed opensky numerous times that there was no cancellation area for me to do that and I wanted my money back. I was then told by email from Open Sky that all their products are from other people advertising on their site and I would have to go to that specific person in order to get my money back they couldn't help me. Such * I'll never use this site again and I would recommend that no one else does either all they do is list other people's products and they won't take responsibility at all.

I ordered the Well Traveled Journey Tote Bag as a birthday gift for my daughter. She carried it for less than a month (and didn't over pack it) and the handle tore off. OpenSky was great about arranging for a replacement, but by then my daughter had moved onto another bag so i began using the replacement bag. Like my daughter, I didn't over fill the bag, and within a short amount of time, the handle tore off again. Quality is very poor. When I sent a 2nd request to OpenSky and asked for a refund rather than a replacement, was told (after they contacted the seller) that I was outside of the 14 day replacement so there was nothing they could do. I would expect an $80 handbag to last longer than that. Original bag delivered 12/5, both bags were carried for less than a month.
Never will be a customer again... very disappointing!

Ordered twice received products that not worth nothing. 1st time I ordered sleep headphones $9.00. They didn't work worth of crap. I returned those they gave me a credit said it was going to expire so I said to myself maybe that was just a one time thing reluctantly gave them another chance and bought a Bluetooth Smart Watch extra $28 something plus the $9 credit. Well guess what it is a DUMB watch! Supposed to count my steps well I wasn't moving it was adding up. Could download on my phone QR scan to connect bluetooth. So it was useless. I don't want another credit I want my darn money. Good thing I didn't spend more than that I would have been REALLY mad then. Waste of time, money, and effort

This is the third Bamboo-material sheet set that I have purchased through Open Sky and the sheets are beautiful! The fabric 'cuddles' you and they are easy to maintain. The price is fabulous! This is the first time in about 10 years since I bought new sheets - the previous ones were fabulous also, but they were no longer available.
I like my dress... it fits well... loose and comfy... not crazy about the pleat in the back but otherwise it's perfect for my needs. Good price! Nice fabric. Very soft!

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
