Placed an order for an item for my granddaughter's birthday... Description states that item will get to me in 10 days... (Of course after a 4 day processing wait) It's day 22 and nothing has arrived, still no response to my email inquiry and no confirmation of shipment. Wtff! Where's my order? You want my money on the spot but can't deliver my item when you say you will! This site is a joke! They do not hesitate to take your money but completely fail in customer services and product/shipment/delivery! My advice... Don't! Just don't! No matter how great the deal seems, reconsider paying that extra $$$ to receive satisfactory customer services, with an actual person, with the 1-800 option to contact support. And lest I forget timely product shipment/delivery.
I wish I could buy more just like this with different patterns and colors and styles. The fabric is absolutely wonderful! This is now my favorite shirt. It is soooo comfortable and fits!
I ordered a set of sheets. When they arrived I washed them because I have NEVER had to try sheets on my bed before and I wasn't putting unwashed sheets on my bed. Much to my dismay I couldn't get them on my full sized bed. I could get 3 corners on but the 4th would absolutely not stretch to fit the 4th. I let OpenSky know and they said "sorry but you washed them they have to be returned the same as they left so they can be resold". Excuse me - they cannot be resold anyway because there is not a bed made that these would fit It is a factory defect. I am beyond angry & will have to cut ties with OpenSky and Living Social if they are connected.

Received my 2nd order of bambo sheets in record time. Must admit I should have looked closer, as I ordered the 6 pc set and only wanted the 4pc. Sheets for my grandson in college and he loves black. Anyway, he will have 2 extra pillow cases I am sure will come to good use. Really enjoy doing business with you. Nothing but total satisfaction from me.

The headphones I bought didn't look anything like what I received, but I wasn't at all disappointed. In fact, I like what I got better than the image they show. It would have been nice if it weren't so expensive, though. It said it was about $15, but by the time I checked out, it was more than $30...
I have not received my last order. I have some earrings I need to return, but lost the packaging. Can I still return these earrings.

While I am sure that OpenSky does not have full control over what is sold on the website, I would hope that the vendors would be more honest with the quality of their wares. Overall, OpenSky sent the item as expected without a long shipping time. It is easy to navigate, however because of the lack of quality in the product purchased, I doubt I will use OpenSky again.

Extremely hard to get refund and when you do it will be short. They charge you separate shipping on each item and a 4.99 handling charge to ship them to you. I ordered six items, five of them I had to return because either too big or too small I kept one. I paid my own shipping back to them instead of using the USPS stickers they provide to you which was about $3.95 a item to return. You can ship your own items back and find a much cheaper rate. You do not get full refund I was short $10.62 after numerous e-mails to try and get it straightened out they insist they are right if they can live with cheating their customers out of money I can just hope some future customers reads this review and does NOT order anything from them.

I bought 3 bracelets described as leather straps with Swarovsky elements. I wondered what "elements" meant. I now know - dull crystals. I bought the same or similar looking bracelet in a Swarovsky store and the crystals sparkle all over the place. I won't return because my daughters like them or are being too polite since I gave them as gifts. Disappointed and won't purchase anything else due to poor quality of these bracelets.

After receiving many emails offering me "my special deal", I decided to look at some. I clicked "my special deal" for a portable flosser (teeth). It showed a retail value of about $60 and my "deal" was $19.99. It looked like a good deal so I bought it. Then I saw on the same page on my computer, just below "my deal", the same product for $10.60, $9.39 (plus tax), less than my "deal". The retail price was also lower. How can a product be offered as "my special deal" when the very same product is being offered on the very same page? Had I only looked instead of believing that I was getting a deal) I would have seen the very same product for almost 1/2 the price. When I wrote to them I got no offer to refund any portion of my cost. Nor did they make any attempt to right this wrong.

I'm very upset got the rings.and the one band is to small and I always wear a 10 and they are a bit big and the the other one is missing the the band it was to be a set and so I'm very disappointed but I should have known better you get what you pay for

I ordered two items in Jan. 2017 one item was delivered one was not but the delivery service said that delivered. I do not have and I CANNOT seem to get their customer service to understand I have asked that they send it item or credit my card trying one more time. Will never order from this company again.

I ordered a bikini for an upcoming vacation with plenty of time to spare. I received an email stating my order shipped. A few days go by so I check the tracking number and it says the item was delivered. It was delivered... but to the wrong address in an entire different state. I emailed Open Sky and got a response saying they asked the merchant to reship. I have no heard any more information since then. They didn't offer a discount, expedited shipping, nothing. Now I will not be able to have this item for my vacation, the sole purpose of buying it.

After taking over 3 weeks to ship-they shipped my order to wrong address. Asked them to reship item - they said no - only thing they can do is try & get item back from where it was shipped. Like that's gonna happen! Sure enough - they can't get back & said I would get a refund - we'll see if I ever get it! Bad business

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
