Why when I go to track my package it is still sitting in the same place? If the merchant says that it is on its way should not it have been on the move? Every since May 31 it has been in the same place. China. In about a week and a half I will be moving to another city and I doubt that I will even have the package then. I am so pissed.

When I choose the more expensive Tweezers for 19.99 with 10.00 off which the tweezers would be 9.99. The item you sent me was the one you sell of 9.99. I have this one I wanted the one that you have now for 35.00 with a 20.00 is a savings leaving the tweezers for 15.00. I am so disappointed with the 9.99 Tweezers when I ordered the 19.99 with 10.00. Now that I have it the tweezers do not work at all. I have used brand new Energizer batters 10 pack and none work. Now what do I do about this. I was sent the wrong size sandal, but because I didn't respond within my two weeks (due to a very heavy schedule) they were not dealing with me. Their mistake cost me. I have had 3 bad experiences - 3 strikes, they're out.

I guess I gained way more weight than I thought, but they sent a crop shirt that is supposed to have gone past my belly button. Sadly, this shirt is like a crop top and I need to find some high waist pants to wear it with or give it away

The black arm bands came with runs and holes in them. Very unhappy I will not return. I will use them AS IS

OpenSky is a great website to purchase discounted products. However when I rec'd my very first shipment I was bummed. I rec'd the black head remover but was disappointed that it had already been opened and there were no instructions in English. Being this is a beauty product which don't qualify for a return, it was a total waste of money. In closing, I would recommend OpenSky, however I would not recommend the company that provides the black head remover.

Needed a top prize for our annual blue and gold banquet in CUBSCOUTS and I found these spoons you can have engraved so I got our Pack number on them and a big C in middle also with year cubscouts started on them liked them so much I bought two and they were cheap and perfect for our father scout fun finger food cookoff! Can't wait to present it in the fall and I will order every year until we move up to Boyscouts!

Like t h e hundreds of reviews I read, this company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Items are very poor quality, the clothes runs extremely small, and their is no way to reach them. I have emailed them several and get only the same standard reply and nothing else. There is no phone number listed anywhere. When I received my charge bill, I noticed a phone number. I called it and the recording that they are no longer accepting calls. Sounds like this place should be shut down. Now I am stuck with all this crap I don't want. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

I received the wrong item, and despite emailing customer service, have not gotten a response to address this. I should not have to pay a shipping charge for a return I never ordered!

Started receiving e-mails from 55Mulberry. Didn't know they were OpenSky too. Finally ordered items I thought were nice. Didn't realize there were so many companies under this umbrella shop. I kept one item but the clothes look good online but in person they were small, cheaply made & wrinkled to boot. Earrings were so heavy except one pair but cute. I will check the reviews before ordering from other on-line companies similiar to this. Oh by the way, there is a hidden sentence somewhere about 14 day return policy that I didn't see or realize they had. By the time you get stuff decide ya don't like it the days have slipped by. Working folks don't have the time to be fooled by this. I have spent more time corresponding, printing labels & fixing packages to return. Not worth the trouble. So I went & unsubscribed from their mailing list. Hope this helps someone else decide to not purchase from these people. Find the items somewhere else without all the hassle.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
