The earrings are extremely small and are suitable for a small child. Could not tell by picture that they were tiny. I wanted to return them but realized too late that they could not be returned.
The rug was delivered promptly in perfect condition, and looked even better in our home than on our monitor. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
I was disappointed that one of the boxes arrived damaged, although it didn't affect the product. Also, the credit I was given which made me order in the first place, was never applied to the total.
BUYER BEWARE THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR TRANSACTIONS
I had used Open Sky in the past and was pleased with my purchase BUT they recently made a horrible name for themselves. I purchased an item on August 27th, received conformation email, and an email stating that it was waiting to be shipped. Fast forward 2 weeks and I receive an email that my order has been cancelled. I quickly checked the website to see if it was out of stock, but it was not. Open Sky more than doubled the price of the item that I previously paid $106 to $220!
I contacted customer service and they were of no assistance. Only reassuring me that I can still make a purchase but for double the cost of the item that I already paid for. I informed them I would never use their site again and also would spread the word on their integrity. Very displeased and disgusted with the manner in which Open Sky dealt with my transaction.
I have now ordered several times from Open Sky. Each and everytime the merchandise was in excellent shape, the time for delivery was excellent. Will definitely continue to shop at Open Sky.

This was my first time ordering from you. They sent the wrong comfronter. Its been almost a week and I'm still waiting on the return packing slip. It was going to be a anniversary gift. I would love to have the right one for September 25th. Also order a ring and earrings, they are exactly what I ordered and I'm very happy with them
They charge $5.98 to send me a package, and only half of that to return it! This is as close to overcharging as there could be. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM is what I learned! A $10 fee to "try" something for the first order!
I was so pleased about my tote/cart order because it was a great price and is what I need for my upcoming vacation. And, on top of that it came ahead of schedule so that I am able to bring it with me. The one negative is that it has a small spot on it. However I am keeping it anyway.

I purchased 6 mini leather purses that are of very good quality and a great price. I am very pleased about the time it took to ship the items which I received about 7 days after placing the order.
I received this order awhile ago, and I sent a note immediately. Unfortunately I have not heard ANYTHING back from you! I ordered two bracelets and there was a promotion that involved buying one and getting one for free. I ordered two, paid for two, and received ONLY two when the promotion indicated I would receive four. I would appreciate some response, as this is my second time contacting you! I do like the bracelets I received, but I wanted the four I should have received! None of this has made me feel comfortable with your company policies! There have been several additional items I have considered purchasing since this referenced transaction, but I have avoided ordering until I have a resolution on this pending matter.

I was under the impression that you said I had CREDIT but took it out of my bank account. It made three checks bounce and cost me more than the dresses were worth! By the time I got back, I realized what was going on! If I had of known that you were going to take them out of my bank account, I would've returned them. I already washed them. The black one fits terrible!
I will never shop here again.
I never received my order and the emails are robot and say we will get back with you in a couple of days1. Its a scam folds.
My Items arrived on time and it was what I ordered quality was good so was pleased with my order. Not much more to say except that ordered head phones and necklace and all was good my granddaughter was happy..
I'm holding off on review - Thus far, I would not give the company from which the order was sent a high mark. Although the order was incorrect, what I did receive was very... well, chintzy. TINY stud earrings with no backs to hold them in place.
The return policy is terrible and I feel like they are deceptive in their email invitations to receive huge discounts. In reality with all of their shipping and handling charges the item is far more expensive. Every item I have ever received is not as it appears in their photos. I won't be ordering any more and am trying to get rid of their incessant emails. I will stick with Amazon Prime, thank you. Their customer service is much much better.
I ordered earrings that were described as post earrings. They came as wire dropped earrings. These were supposed to be a back to school gift for my 12yr old granddaughter. Unfortunately, although they are pretty, they are would be inappropriate for her because they hang too long.

August 12 I ordered 4 items. On the 14th, 2 days later, the 2 items I wanted the most were cancelled by the Sellers. I got 1 item delivered on the 16th, 1 is expected the 23rd, and 1 is still pending. So, I cannot really give a great review right now. This my first order. Very Disappointed!

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
