I have revived my purchase which I was very pleased with. It didn't tale weeks to get either. I had to exchange it for a different size which was also easy so far. I would definitely buy from this site again.
I was unaware that I had placed an order. I received no confirmation, only a "Preparing to ship" notice. I immediately tried to cancel, even asked for assistance via Chat. I was told that once processed, an order can not be cancelled. So, I had put four items in the cart while considering ordering and within a few hours it was processed! I am going to cancel my account to insure that this does not happen again!
Oh wait, did I also mention that they haven't offered to send me the correct item either?!? Yeah, they said wait two business days and they would contact their supplier, but they never did get back to me regarding sending me the pet stroller. So I asked for a refund of the $57. They told me I would have to return the $5 license plate frame before they would refund me my money. I CAN NOT believe that this company is still in business.
2 orders 1st said was shipped apparently wasn't shipped. 2nd order a necklace came in today with the chain broken. Sorry I did business with this company.

I usually don't purchase from companies/websites that I don't know anything about but the products were great quality, ordering was easy and shipping was quick. I'm buying 5 more sets of the sheets because they were so perfect in every way.

Bought two items, a dress and a tee. Loved both of them, though the fabric is fairly flimsy. They arrived quickly.

I've purchased other items before and loved what I received. The whole situation was very professional and expedite.
However, this time was horrible. I went to the opensky was the complete opposite. I was looking at d different pairs of earrings for my daughter to wear at her wedding. I even looked for taxes and shipping costs. Somehow the web-site took my looking as purchasing. I was billed. Now, I will have to pay to send them back. Now I don't feel comfortable even looking. Sigh.

These are obvious high quality sheets at a quite fair price. The purchase process is smooth and shipping is rapid.
Most of the non-apparel items are neat. I really like and use them. However!?! The clothing runs very small.
Overall I am pleases with my purchase of 3 maxi length beach cover-ups. The material is not thick but that is ok for the beach. Sizing is correct. Good value for the money spent.
I am returning both the tee shirt and the dress for refund. Also, there is apparently a fee for returning, which I had not been made aware of in advance.
Products arrived quickly and packaged well. Everything was as I expected. Very reasonable and quality excellent for prices paid.
My daughter order from and email. I was able to cancel some items. The shirts she ordered doesn't even fit her. I'm stuck paying return shipment. I am not a happy woman.
We ordered: Refurbished Apple MacBook 13" Unibody Core 2 Duo 2009. They sent us a defective unit that could not even be turned on. When contacted, since it was after their ridiculously short 14-day return window, they refused to do anything, not even offer technical support. I tried online chat and email and received extremely poor customer service both ways. They just didn't care. In my world, it's never too late to make a customer happy or unhappy. Guess which one I am? We will never shop Open Sky again. We will warn everyone we know to stay away. And I'll write reviews like this wherever possible to warn others. (I see their rating at the BBB is A-, which sounds OK, but the numbers are 71 of 76 negative reviews.)

Loving these maxis dresses. BUT Mine was loosely sewn arlower split in the hem. Should return instead of trying to repair. Have ordered this in other colors from other vendors, and quality was better.

Answer: I wish that their products were worth the money, don't waste yours. You can't track anything and then once you finally receive it, it turns out to be very poor merchandise, I emailed them literally about 12 times regarding the poor quality and received back nothing.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
