The product was good but someone took my card information just after my purchase. I only used that card at one place and that was here. Its a shame, and I will never buy here again. Your the only place I used the card in over a month and the purchase on my card was just hours after! It was someone in your order department that took my information. Not to worry I called the police right away and my credit card company they tracked the purchase and the delivery. Play that one off! I will see you in court!
I ordered a beautiful wooden framed mirror for my daughter for Christmas around Thanksgiving. When it arrived there was no visible damage to the box and when I pulled out the mirror it was very well wrapped with cardboard, bubble wrap and tape so I decided not to open it and just wrapped it in holiday paper. When we opened it on Christmas Day we found that one side of the frame was splintered and unusable. When I contacted Open Sky, Naina said that it was outside of their return time but that she would contact the company that fullfilled the order. Im happy to say that it was no longer in stock but they refunded my money and had me dispose of the broke mirror. She was very nice to deal with so all is well. I will continue to shop with Dot and Bo.

I purchased the bracelet because it was described as 18k rose gold FILLED. When I received it the tag clearly reads 18k RGP. I thought I was getting a very nice gold filled bracelet when clearly it is stamped 18kRGP (rose gold plated) I am very disappointed with my first purchase! Will be returning the bracelet!

They feature misleading information on their Dia Noche site & won't have the company amend it. I thought I ordered a duvet & sham set which was featured in bold letters. I only received the duvet because the smaller print said "duvet only 88 x 88. It seemed like they were referring to the size but they really meant the price was for only the duvet. If I want the shams I have to pay more for them plus extra shipping charges. This is a bit of a scam to get more money.

I specifically ordered the 2-Pack Parkez LED Lights. They sent me 1. I sent them emails stating their error. Have not had one response from them to date. By the amount of complaints about this company, I wonder how they can stay in business. Will never purchase from them again.

They won't unsubscribe me. Ive already sent unsubscribe requests from the many emails they send. Now they made me mad. Their products are cheaply made and they bombard you with emails. They are a dishonest company who doesnt play by legal rules. They said it would take 10 days to have my emails disappear but they keep bombarding me. Now I send their emails to trash. Will never order from them again!

I liked the bracelet which I bought to be a gift for a friend. It came in a cellophane envelope which is not very attractive for a gift. It would be nicer if it came in a box. Now have to find a box for it because the way it came does make it look like a nice gift.
