I ordered a LongChamp bag on cyber Monday. I have yet to receive the bag. I have sent emails inquiring how they shipped the bag and I have yet to receive a response. I plan on calling my credit card company to report them as fraud. Do not trust this company.

I ordered a pair of silver drop earrings and tracked the shipment the entire way, it was only 5 days and my earrings are here, they are perfect and well made. I will recommend OpenSky to friends as often as I can. Thank you for your great prices and fast shipping.

Bracelet too small to get on wrist. If there is a clasp to open it doesnt work. Sent email to customer service but no response. Not a happy camper. Maybe well get a response now

I am very happy with the items that arrived. I do not like that they waited so long to tell me part of my order was cancelled. It didn't give me time to replace the items need for a birthday.

I ordered 2 FUNCLE T-shirts for 2 brand new Uncles for Christmas, but only received 1. How do I give this to 1 Uncle and not the other. Won't have it in time for Christmas, but I bet they charged my card for 2!
My 3-tone ring came to me in silver only. The inside outside crystal hoop earrings didnt have crystals completely around the inside and outside of the hoops as picture led me to believe. I found the exact same bracelet I was thinking about buying for $18 PLUS s/h at another store for $4 W/O s/h. I liked what I bought but probably wont look at this site again for my purchases.

Linda K. Your pants which you ordered through Open Sky are probably where the blouse I ordered through Open Sky is. I ordered a Londonite blouse through Open Sky on Dec. 13th. Open Sky notified me they were delivered on Dec. 18th. The blouse had not been delivered. I promptly emailed their customer service notifying them of the no delivery, as their site directed No reply. Between Dec. 18th and Dec. 22 at 10 P.M., I sent SIX EMAILS. NO REPLIES until Dec. 22. Around 10:30 P.M. I was told to check my order on the site and see if it had been shipped and delivered. I had done that on Dec. 18th. Then I was told if that email did not solve my problem to reply to that specific address for further help. I did so. I haven't heard from them since. They've already deducted the cost of the blouse plus taxes and shipping costs. They offer extremely poor customer service and have no concern in resolving problems for items ordered and paid for but not received. Rotten Customer service, and I'll not be ordering from them again; it's throwing away money.
I ordered the monogram earrings. Delivery was supposed to be 12/20/2017. Now 01/04/2018 no earrings. Price was shown as $16. I was charged $39.99. Another item was not as shown. Bad, bad experience.
