I was supposed to have a $65 credit but there was nowhere to claim it. So I paid full price for mediocre merchandise. Very didappointed. I would have bought more from this site but feel I was cheated.

I bought a bracelet on here. I never got the package and they shipped through USPS so when i called them they said they didnt know where the package was either. I am very angry and upset about this because the bracelet was going to be a gift for my grandmother. Real waste of time

The products are a good quality. The jewelry is beautiful and usually accurately described. Sometimes the rings are more beautiful than shown. Sometimes, not often, they are a disappointment.

I just received a pair of earrings ($22.00) that were Not even Close to what I ordered. The description and picture of them on the site is either false or the the distribution center is in total chaos. I won't even bother to try and return them because the effort would require me to Trust and I don't have Any at this point. Needless to say I won't be purchasing anything else from them and neither will any of my several acquaintances, friends or family.

This site has some of the best, most unique items Ive seen on the internet with great prices. The problem with the site is the shipping charges. The shipping makes these items unaffordable.

So for a month now I have been after open sky to credit my account for an item that I had returned to their company. I purchased a smart watch and as soon as I turned it on it switched off and never turned on again. I was hoping for them to just credit my account and be done with it, but that has not been the case. I will now then have to take care of this matter in other ways. Don't like the drama.

The quality of my "rose gold" bracelet is perfect, but so very disappointed to realize the piece was not 8" as shown on product details. It is 7.5 and does not fit my wrist.

I think these should last a long time. They seem to be made of a durable plastic material and more importantly the toe thong part won't break off like most flip flops. Bonus on price! I found the exact same flip flops on another web site for almost triple the price!
