Open Sky is taking on a challenging job-using drop shippers from all over the world. Many come from China but arrive in reasonable time. I have enjoyed my purchases and will continue to buy. I have tried to reach out to them but there seems to be no one person at the top.
A big improvement would be better packaging and information with and about the product when it arrives. Some have nothing-not even a name or directions. I have started making a copy of the photo-ad when I order so I have a better idea of what I have coming.

I wanted some soft sheets that felt good. The sheets look and feel soft. Haven't tried them yet. I do hope they are. If they feel very soft, I will order more of these sheets. I like the color.

Could not contact OpenSky to inquire about an issue with a purchased item. There is no phone number listed to call and clicking on what is titled "contact us" does not allow an email or any other form of contact. I purchased ear rings for my wife as a gift and gave them to her a few weeks after they arrived. When she tried to wear them she found that the pin that goes through the ear was very uncomfortable because it is rectangular, with sharp corners. Most ear ring for pierced ears have round pins. The return policy only allows returns within 14 days and then the buyer is responsible for shipping charges, after paying somewhat inflated shipping charges to deliver the purchased item.

Havent received my items. They sent to an old address even though it was updated because I had to add my new card as the last time I ordered from OpenSky it was at a different address. They took days to respond and told me that it was being shipped to my correct address and yet I havent received any of it and its been delivered. Ridiculous! Im out of my $95.
