Did a review of Open Sky by email of my order being wrong they respond give 2 days to respond, it's been well over 2 days and still no response period. I don't need a generated email that's sent to everyone, I need someone to get my order correct send in correct size that enclosed paperwork shows and send me what I flipping paid for. The shipment process is pure gross negligence of checking shipment with order info this is why I received 2xs too big, get your crap together OpenSky and get my order corrected immediately. If I have to I will go to bank and dispute charges immediately, the only thing I asked for was my order be corrected and I receive exactly what I ordered nothing less and I'm not paying to ship wrong order back due to your negligence in the 1st place.

The dress i bought was a perfect size and the color was just as presented! The price was good and i love the simple but elegant drape and t shirt style! I may even buy it in some other colors!

My three pairs of leggings; navy, black and grey fit like gloves and came right on time. The earrings came a few days later. Sorry to say they did not fit me the way I had hoped so I gave them to a friend as a gift. They were beautiful and sparkly but I could not wear them. All in all it worked out OK.

Well, I have to say the tee shirt I received is great quality and looks great, too bad it wasnt what I ordered! Tried to contact customer service but havent received an email back and no operating phone! Will not be using this website again which is too bad because I loved their stuff. To return the wrong product I would have to pay for shipping, which I feel is crazy since the mistake is their fault. I rechecked my order and on the shipping label it says its my order but its not. I ordered a cigarette case and got a cigarette case and a mans wallet. Was charged for both and my husband decided to use the wallet. Lost my cigarette case and ordered another one and was charged for and received two. Like the cigarette case but have to wonder if I'm not being taken advantage of. Have contacted them to see if I can return and I guess I can't... which I don't understand... so I asked if I could exchange for a different color and am awaiting their response. I order a fossil bag 4 weeks ago. My card was immediately charged for the item. My order status is " processing. "
They have my money 4 weeks now and the bag hasn't even shipped. And the shipping was $12 on a $35 item.
I'm really not impressed. I get constant emails with special offers why would i order from them again!

I have ordered several items from Open Sky. The sizes are very small even when the size is 4X or 5X. Even when there is a "size chart" the size is too small even when you order according to the measurements.
I have ordered rings from Open Sky and the medal bands which are said to be "Silver" the silver wears off quickly with daily wear but because the price is cheap it is understandable.
