When I received my three pairs of earrings, every pair I could not open. The little wire was stuck in the closure so tight that I broke two nails trying to open the earrings just to try on. They were not the quality that I thought they would be. I tried to pry them open but only to make them so wide that I cant even wear them now. What a waste of money. Would not recommend these to anybody. Nah go on social media to express my dislike. Sorry. Jan
I made the mistake of ordering several issues and unfortunately there have been negative issues with every single item I ordered. As an example, I bedding which included sheets, pillowcases, shams and a comforter all in the same color. What I received was sheets and pillowcases. I've tried to find a website or a mailing address, but have been unsuccessful. There is no way that I would have bought a bedding set without aw comforter and matching shams. I would appreciate hearing from someone regarding this matter ASAP in order that this matter and other matters can be resolved without further delay!

I received the wrong color purse; tried to get information that the item was correct, however, the color was wrong. Did not know whether to wait to receive correct item (I asked for an exchange item) and then return distributed item or return the item first. Now waiting for a response. Not very pleased with follow-up service.

Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
