They suck. Made me pay to return a blouse and I gave them the tracking number. That was last week. No idea where my replacement blouse is. You ask a question via email and they always reoly they will get back to you in two days but it never happens! I want my replacement blouse or I want my money back! Crooks!

Ordered 3 pairs of earrings and received 4 pairs in 2 different packages. I returned all 4 in the 2 pkgs. I have been going back and forth with numerous emails regarding a 3rd pkg of which I did not receive. I'm out about $60.00 and no earrings and no refund and numerous emails. I feel I will not get a refund so I will look into filing a complaint. I hope this review is helpful to others that shop at this site.

My Granddaughter tried on the dress but it did not fit - too tight through the bust line though it was her correct size. Also, I paid extra postage for 2 business days delivery and it did not arrive until the 3rd day. I thought $15.95 postage was excessive but paid it for the quicker delivery. It was returned. Many of the VENUS party dresses were too adult for 16 year old youngsters.

Like the quality of the product (clothing) but sizing is very small. Ended up gifting the order to someone other than for whom ordered.

I bought a necklace OPAL jewel --- but it came without a chain, although the picture of the necklace that you were selling had a chain as well as the jewel hanging from the chain. I am DISAPPOINTED to say the least. When I order something on line I want it to be as pictured in the sales ad. So, send me a silver chain or make arrangements to refund my purchase price ($19.98)

I purchased the bedside caddy. Received in timely fashion. Does not work as the picture shows. Does not stay between mattress and box spring. Being disabled I thought this was something I could use. Very disappointed!
