I received a different item from what I ordered. Not to mention the tidal wave of marketing e-mails I am now getting from Open Sky in my Inbox. Annoying.

I purchased the infinity necklaces for my future daughter in laws wedding-something for her bridesmaid to wear. The necklaces are small but elegant and look just like the photo. The only drawback is the chain: the chains were twisted and difficult to straighten. There is a natural twist to the chain which reflects lights nicely. Overall pleased. Ring is true to size and mimics the twisted chain nicely. Overall I am pleased.

I need to return the product, it broke within minutes of wearing it. Very sad that I have to take the time to do this now

I am not happy with the return policy. I only bought the item because I thought they were a certain length. You advertise something and show a close up photo. I believe this could be called bate and switch. When I wanted to return the item. You would be charging me almost half the price to return them. Charging the initial shipping and a restocking charge. I don't feel this is a wise practice.

I've not had the opportunity to wear these items but I must say I'm impressed with the weight, quality & price. I wear ankle bracelets daily during the summer months & am looking forward to enjoying wearing the bling!

I ordered a selfie stick twice that was supposed to be turquoise but received a yellow one twice. I gave the benefit of the doubt on the first one. Mistakes happen but the second one was disappointing. I do like the return policy and that seems to be great

I LOVE the items. Nice quality and shipping was reasonable. Very satisfied. I love the Grammy & Papa shirts and the 1Voice wireless headphones sound amazing.

I ordered the shirt for my mom for her birthday and ordered the Xlarge. It looks like a toddler size. Will not fit my mom whatsoever. Very disappointed

Like but would pay more for American sized and quality shirt.
Didn't have time for 100 characters, not letting me submit was stupid.

I ordered a beautiful blouse. The blouse is top quality, fits as expected, and the price was very reasonable. I ordered a black one, and now I have ordered a white one because I like it so much. It arrived timely, packed well.

My earrings came in with the crystals on the front laying in the bag and i ordered ither items i have not yet received

I ordered a purse, I did receive a purse not what I ordered and the smell was terrible I had to throw it away. No return information available this company is terrible SCAM SCAM SCAM however my credit card company is taking care of the charges and will get the money back from these scames. Would not recommend this comopany toi anyone,

I have web trying to get the smell off of this bag since I got it. Unfortunately, I threw out the packing slip or I would return it. Is a nice bag but the smell is awful.

I was very pleased with this purchase. The ring is beautiful, like nothing I have ever seen before. The price was fairly good. And Shipping was super fast!
