I ordered a sweater from here without knowing a thing about this site. After I completed my order I was having second thoughts. I looked up reviews and read slot of bad ones and tried to cancel my order. It wouldn't let me but, I'm glad because I received my sweater on time and it's the correct size and "styles" that i ordered. So im super happy.
Opensky never delivered my order and they never responded to my 3 emails. This is the most unprofessional site I have ever attempted to buy from and I suggest that no one should ever attempt to use this company. It sounds like a scam.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! I ordered a relatively inexpensive item on this website because it was a good deal compared to other websites. I looked up reviews before using OpenSky but they were very misleading. My order was supposed to arrive in 4-6 business days (which is reasonable), after a couple days i got an email saying my order had shipped with a tracking number to track the location of my package. 4 days after I ordered the item I looked online to track my package and see if it was going to arrive that day or not. The tracking information was "not available for my package" so I just decided to wait and see if the package would show up. After a day or two past the date my package was supposed to arrive I decided to give opensky a call and figure out the issue, but when I looked online for a customer service number to contact, the number refers you to the email customer service, which means you aren't going to hear back from them for 2-3 days. When they do finally email back it says and I quote, "We are investigating the issues further, and we will follow up with you once again in 2 more business days, at the most." Which BS because they never email back with anymore information. OVERALL: The website is trash, the ETA on your package is a lie, and the customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. It is worth your time and money to use amazon or similar site.

Ordered once in 2016, will never do it again the one item I bought was a woman's blouse and an extra large. It took too long to be delivered, and literally looks like it could fit a size 0 person. I had ordered at least an extra large or 2X. I never understood their so-called store credits that I keep getting emails about. And there is absolutely no way to fully delete your account from their website. They don't want you to leave and if there is some hidden mechanism to cancel or delete your account. It's buried so deep in the website they don't want you to find it. I didn't bother trying to get any kind of refund because I did not want to pay this s*** this cheap shirt back and decided to chalk this up to experience and never shopped with them again. Only now they have my email and mailing address information because I cannot delete it out of the website. Avoid this website at all costs.

I ordered a pair of headphone and they were marked delivered. Charged me. No headphones. Their "customer love" email is a way for them to appear to be helping customers but they do not. Seen many bad reviews after I checked up on them... sadly after losing my money. Do not order from them.

I bought a set of plastic Wine FREZZE glasses. They have an awful toxic odor and smell and are simply unusable. I've tried washing them repeatedly as well as soaking them in baking soda water and there is simply no way to make them usable. I really need to return these but OpenSky will not allow a return after 14 days. That period of time is too short. These plastic "glasses" are toxic and never should have been sold in the first place.

I really like this ring, but it is the smallest size 8 I have ever tried to put on. I had to order another one in a size 9. We will see how that one fits.

I ordered two bracelets and there was only one in the package. They will not make it right, instead tells me to take it up with the postal service. The post office did not leave the second bracelet out of the package. Open sky did. I am finished with them.

I loved the Grammy ladies fitted TShirt. Ordered a size bigger and it was way small! I had to pay shipping and handling to me and then return shipping to send back. I would probably need to order 2-3 sizes bigger. The cost to re-order with shipping again was not worth it to me

I have ordered from other sites, and so am pretty wary of online shopping. But Open Sky has an ENORMOUS inventory, and once I'd accepted their discount offer and made my choice, everything else was easy! I love my new purse! I will DEFINITELY be ordering from them again.

I purchased the Dental Tooth SPA Care Water Jet Oral Flosser Teeth Pick Cleaner Irrigator Water and it is dead within 30 days of use. I would like to leave that feedback on the product and would like to have read other reviews. It may have saved me some money.

I ordered 2 shirts. The delivery was promised over 10 days ago. DHL who ships for them sent them a package slip and open sky never replied. I cant reach anyone at open sky and they wont reply to my email. This company is a SCAM stay away from them. Im out $ 80. Ive called better business bureau and they have an F rateing.
