I'm travelling since 10y and this is the WORSE customer service and ticket company that i ever experienced.
They took my money and didn't give me any tickets for 2 day, i tried to reach them with e-mail and never had response. Manager of customer service was really rude hanging up on my face after i asked for some explanations about the inconvenience i was having. They lied to me in many ways: first they said that i would have my E-ticket in 24h, after 24h they said that i didn't pay and that i had to pay to have the tickets when in reality i was already charged. After showing them the Bnank receive they changed narrative and said that the tickets where not available anymore and that they will proceed for refund.
Stay away from this scanmers because they take your money and to have it back you gotta call 50 times for 2 days straight and lose the flight.
I will report them to the Bureu of Customer Protection
Please do not do business with this agency. Fraudulent company. They used another travel agency's email and phone number to respond to my claim for denial.

I booked a flight on their website thru skyscanner and kept waiting for them to send me e-ticket. Then the next day, I found out that my reservation is having PNR issue and I need to contact them. I called, lucky enough I was be able to talk to someone on the line and after a short hold, she told me to wait for a phone call from one of their CS or follow up email asap. But the thing is…my departure date is in a week from today. I asked her how long do I need to wait but the answer seems so unsure. I feel like I'm screwed pretty much, I can't do much about this. First and surely last time choosing Oojo.

I purchased my international flight ticket from oojo and they convinced me to purchase the protection plan for each ticket which cost me additional $120 for each ticket. I was happily bought the plan as it has so much benefit in times when the flight get canceled or delayed and so much. But in reality, when my domestic part of the flight got delayed I was unable to catch the international part of the flight. So I told them to refund my money so that I can purchase a fresh new ticket from them. They refused to do so and exchange one of the ticket and charge me over $600. I was really mad but had no choice and pay the amount. I need a fare explanation of this incident, but for now I will never purchase ticket from oojo anymore or not refer others to do so. I will be happy if somebody responsible get back to me.

Oojo.com. There travel care service is scam don't buy it… very bad customer service too
My flight got delayed 72 hours I called them regarding the travel care service that I purchased through them but that was no help at all! They promised if my flight get delayed more than 6 hours they will pay $300 as comprehensive and reschedule my flight unfortunately they didn't do anything Very bad experience dealing with unknown Company like you!

Looks like my ticket was legitimately issued! All my information shows up on the airlines website. I'll find out for sure when I actually travel. The price could have been beat!
Update:
I took off a star because the website is not working correctly, and for inconsistent terms.
1) They made a duplicate booking that they cancelled but did not inform me. I received multiple confirmation e-mails and had to contact support to figure out which was correct because I was not properly informed of what occurred.
2) They do not use consistent terms. On the My Bookings login they use Booking Id, but nothing in the confirmation e-mail indicates booking id. When I tried the confirmation Ids in the e-mail, the site says it could not find any reservation. When I used the cancelled Ids, it said my PNR number was changed. This is yet another term without explanation. I had to call to get a person to explain, at which point they gave me the airline confirmation number and I had to use that directly with the airline instead of the Oojo website.
So far calling them directly has resolved any questions. I almost want to dock 2 stars, because any further issues would not be a 3-star rating.

I'm not one to provide lengthy reviews. The site was easy to navigate. I was contacted by a human to verify everything to keep me updated on the booking process. So far a good experience. I have not taken the flight yet, so I don't know how they will handle unexpected issues, so consider that with my rating.
I would recommend that they make the insurance option be more configurable, as I found it was not enough for my needs.
I came to you from rome2rio. The process was intuitive and quick. Confirmation email pretty slow. I hope it works all the way.
They hold my money for 2 days with promises to issue my e tickets, and after all that waiting, they told me that price increased. Very dishonest, cheap way to charge you higher price. Do not go with Oojo, very unclean people.

Everything was quick and easy and smooth, no complaints.
This is my first time booking through Oojo. Customer Service does not respond or answer my calls. It is standard to have 24 hours to cancel a flight after booking. However, I'm not able to get a hold of anyone and the call keeps dropping after holding for an hour. This makes me very uncomfortable with trusting this service.

One of the worst travel worked with. There have charged additional insurance indicating in case of flight travel changes amount will be fully reimbursed. When requested to change the dates they came up with a rate difference which is almost the ticket price, not sure who the insurance makes a difference here. I left mostly cheated. I will not recommend this travel

Yesterday when I was booking a flight on Kayak, it directed me to Oojo. I purchased the ticket. After sometime Oojo's agent called me and advised I can save $300 if I change my onward travel by + /- 1 day which I readily agreed. I am happy he took time to call me and gave money saving advise. Great. Thanks Laxus.
I booked a flight on Oojo, but something went wrong and the flight was no longer available. I got a confirmation screen saying I needed to call customer service, expecting the worst. When I called, the representative was super friendly. They called back within a half hour with another flight on the same date around the same time and honored the original purchase price, even though it was a different airline. Very impressed with their customer service.
Answer: Very bad customer service. They will sell you and call you like crazy but when it comes to some changes they will never respond. Better to stay away from them.
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
