I booked a flight on May 03 2022 and immediately got a confirmation email with a confirmation number. But in the same email, it said "We're processing your reservation and will send you an e-ticket receipt to email once completed. This process usually takes less than 1 hour, but in rare cases, it could take longer."
After an hour I got a call from their customer service department saying tickets are sold out and also the airline has increase its price (which now equals to Google flight/Expedia price etc). So, if I want to continue with the booking I have to pay extra
Please please use some legitimate companies to book your airline ticket even though it might cost you a few extra $$ it's worth it.
She did a great job thank you she asked me like she gave me a lot of options and very good price thank you again for your help

I read everyone's review and still decided to take a chance… booked our flight to Italy and then it got weird with the payment verification and emails going to junk mail and the random calls at 2am to confirm my name spelling (they are in Philippines and I'm in USA). Took numerous calls to confirm my name spelling even though it is a simple everyday name. Eventually they realized that I used a (.) after my middle initial. After that was resolved, I finally got our tickets and verified with the airline. Saved money but the process was difficult. I wouldn't recommend them if you know you might need to cancel or change flights, but if you are set on your dates, go for it. LEaving this review for others who are uncertain like me and I am a real person… not paid for review.
I purchased tickets but because I found cheaper tickets somewhere else, I immediately canceled the tickets for a refund (within 24 hours). Aside from the cancellation process being a hassle, somebody over phone confirmed the cancelation. It's been two weeks since and I haven't received the refund and every time I call they connect me to somebody in India who has no idea what I'm talking about. I've been writing to Kayak about them since they shouldn't link flights on their website to Oojo.com. This is totally a scam

I purchased all of my flights with travel protected yet still I had to insure that I would be protected however despite my efforts and additional cost to money still they claimed it was non refundable and kept half of the money. This is very poor service and should not be used. HOW ARE THEY SELLING TRAVEL PROTECTION THAT DOESNT PROTECT!

Very good and helpful
It's my first time on this site but looks great experience I'm very happy and I'm sure I will use the site for my next travel and mor vacation soon
I appreciated that someone personally called me to make sure I understood the testing protocols required.
Be aware when they selling you protection! The guy over the phone told me I am protected with emergency bill in the case something happen me on my trip AND HE LIE TO ME! Very unhappy customer! Never again will not buy with them ticket and will write everywhere my bad experience I been fraud and cheated to just buy that extra insurance! SHAME!

High pressure tactics to purchase change insurance - calls and emails. Apparently how they make their profit, OR, as in my case, if you don't purchase and you have to change, they will nail with a hefty charge, even if purchasing a new ticket. On the positive side, they were responsive and friendly.:-)

So to start with the horrible verification proces where you have to send your selfies with your id/credit card. Then have to wait few days for the agent to call you to confirm it, in the end they said they could not charge the ticket, however they could charge that verification process? The last phone with them the guy could not find me in their sistem with my name or the reservation code. Waste of money and time. I am a seaman and this is the first time i go through this stupid proces. Put your card, your details and done, but not with these guys. Skip for your own sake.

Absolutely the worst experience you could imagine. Due to an issue with their website,
They double charged me for the exact same set of tickets. They are now basically bargaining with me on how much I am willing to pay in processing fees (which is absolutely nothing) saying it's 250, then 200, and now 110 to get a refund. Wildly unprofessional.
I am having to dispute this charge with my bank because the customer service is useless and rude. Hopefully, I'll get the $780 dollars they wrongly charged me back. That'd be awesome, thanks.

Passengers BEWARE. I bought a ticket in October 2021 to fly out June 8th LAX-MXP with a connection in JFK. The connecting flight got cancelled and they proposed another connection but the time was too short to get on the other flight so rejected the change and instead asked to be put on an earlier flight to JFK so I could get the new connecting flight. For some reason this doesn't seem like an option to them and if I want to cancel they are saying I won't get fully refunded for my flight which is absolutely absurd since they changed up the times on me. It is a disservice on their side and they are trying to make it look like they are doing me a favor. I have called them so many times to give them new ideas but it seems like rocket science for them and they say they can't change the flight to JFK. I spoke to JETBLUE regarding the veracity of that statement and they said OOJO is being dishonest and that they can change the flight. I'm still in the process of figuring this out as they keep on lying to me. Save yourself time, stress and money and book through an airline not through these third parties. ESPECIALLY OOJO.

Booked a flight with this company 3 months ago, the flight got cancelled due to weather and they are ready to refund the money but Oojo paid the airline not with my personals credit card that I provided them but with their own company card an expired card the airline has not been able to refund them the money until they provided Airline with an updated Credit card I have been calling this company every week for 3 months now and every time I get the same answer do not worry Ma'am, yes worry and stay away from this company hopefully no one needs to get money back from them cause you will never get it back,

Had to make some last minute adjustments, agent were helpful.
Answer: Very bad customer service. They will sell you and call you like crazy but when it comes to some changes they will never respond. Better to stay away from them.
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
