Be very careful! I bought an expensive ticket to Brazil for two months. I found out later that I could not take any bags. This information was not visible at all. If it were, I would not have bought it. Oojo's customer service did not help me at all. During the several calls, the employees would either lie that they would solve the problem or the person would not help at all. The last employee told me that they just sell the ticket, and that I have to buy the bags if I want any. It became very clear to me that, on their website, they sell a fare that should be much cheaper because it does not include bags for much more money, and they purposefully do not inform the customer about the bags. The customer then finds out that they do not have the right to take bags, so s/he must buy those bags from the airline. I am going to inform the travel company that Oojo is doing this. According to them, they are not obligated to add that information there. So, be very careful with this website! I have always bought tickets with Expedia, and they have been excellent. I deeply regret why I bought this ticket from Oojo. Oojo is not an honest company. This was my first time using it, and it became a nightmare. THEY ARE A BIG SCAM. Booked a flight for three people costing over $4,200. Sixteen hours later and still no confirmation from the airline, all I received was a booking number from Oojo. Called Oojo five times and asked if I was confirmed for the flight and need the e-ticket number for that specific flight. All five representatives I spoke to were completely incompetent and all they did was give me the run around. I looked at the majority of the positive reviews, completely fake. Oojo is nothing but a scam and the representative are nothing but incompetent.

Ordered my tickets with ease. Thanks for making it so effortless.
First, they charge my credit card at a certain price for a ticket I purchased from them. Then, they call to tell me that the price they charge on my credit card is no longer valid and I have to pay a higher price. After agreeing with them with the new price, they charge my credit card for the new price without giving me credit for the first charge on my credit card.

This people? Honestly? Don't know what they doing. I tried to buy a ticket for the past 3 days! They say they would call me back but they never did. They are robotic people repeating themselves without solution. Then they says prices went up! Mismatch … same card I bought tickets 3 months a go. For different passenger.

Please avoid using oojo for your booking. My flight on Air Morocco was canceled in December 2021. I have been trying to get my ticket refund. Anytime I called them they will tell me that their management team will contact. I have never received a call from them. I am trying to get a lawyer so that they can refund my money.

It was a great purchase, this was very different with the way of verification process.

Answer: Very bad customer service. They will sell you and call you like crazy but when it comes to some changes they will never respond. Better to stay away from them.
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
