Booking was fast and CusSvc was fast, friendly and very helpful. I had a typo in one name, They fixed it right away. I stayed on line just about 5 minutes before getting an answer, compared to 20-30 minutes with others.
I appreciate the fast follow up service when there was a glitch in my credit card verification.

I booked with Oojo.com about a month and a half before my flight to the Philippines. They gave me 6 different tickets, but eventually got it widdled down to one, so no issue. However i called during my trip to see if extension is possible, i DID NOT give verbal or written permission to change my flight, nor did i pay a ticket change fee, but somehow they cancelled my ticket and left it open. I did not get an email or a call, i only found out because I tried to check my ticket a couple days before leaving to go over my itinerary. That was 05/28/22. It is now 06/2/22 and they still have yet to rebook my ticket so my boss had to pay for a new one. I have asked for a refund and have yet to get one. I have spoken with their reps for over 4 hours and all i keep getting told is "they're investigating ". I was stranded in a foreign country for 2 days. They even started laughing at me when i called for updates and got upset. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This website is very bad. I booked my tickets 2 days prior my flight departure.
I did not receive my itinerary until T - 5 hours of my actual departure. When I checked my itinerary oojo had completely changed my layover and changed my flights from American Airlines to united and some local carrier

I bought a ticket 2 weeks prior, I found it at a cheaper price and since I had 24 hours to cancel the ticket I called back and cancelled 2 hours after. They said the funds will be released back within 1 - 7 days. I have called at least 5 times after that to check including today which has been 15 days passed, today I get a person that says there have been no notes left on the account, which every single person assured me they have cancelled it and have saved an urgent note on the account, and they have just cancelled it 3 days ago. After complaining and asking to speak to a supervisor, which apparently does not exist as I've asked for one multiple times through my calls as the agents seems to have access to none of the data, they just simply hung up on me. I have not received my money or a any sort of help. Horrible company, for the few dollars you save it is absolutely not worth it. BEWARE!

I have been robbed, this pirate company stole more than 700 dollars from my bank when I made the reservation but they did not pay the airline. They don't answer email. Calling customer service only answers a recording selling garbage, now someone will write here that they are sorry, but I am going to take all possible measures with ADR and AAA against this company and against Ronny Mathieu, the criminal mind of these bandits

The agent who served me was very patient and resolved my issues.
I found Oojo extremely easy to use. I was able to quickly book my flights at a very reasonable price.
I am a researcher! I scour the Internet looking for deals Oojo's prices cannot be beat!
On 5/22/22, I was told by an Oojo representative on the phone and email that all flights leaving Nashville, TN for Lagos Nigeria from 6/18/22 to 6/29/22 were canceled and other dates in the month of June. It was not true. IT WAS LIE! I immediately spoke with representatives from American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Just Fly, and Orbitz and they told me the very opposite what I was told from Oojo. Plus, I was told that someone would call me on 5/23/22 from Oojo to discuss other options. I heard nothing, nada, zilch from them. I emailed them to let them know that I would take a credit and pay the difference for another flight in June. They kept telling me flights leaving out of Nashville, TN was not available. It is not true. I do not like scams and I do not like foolishness ( just for me to purchase insurance,), especially involving my money. It is true, they are not transparent. They are awful. If I had of known that I was going to deal with this evil, diabolical website, I would have booked my flight elsewhere. Terrible. Do not use them to book any flights or hotels.

Good website, took little longer to get confirmatory email from airline but It was good experience. Had all options what I needed while booking international flight.
After purchasing a ticket, I received an email from "Melissa" (whose photograph was a stock photo) asking me to purchase the Travel Care Service, and which states the following:
"Travel Care is a great way to make sure that your trip is protected---it even allows you to cancel or reschedule your flights for any reason. "
This, however, is FALSE. The terms and conditions of the Travel Care Service do not say anything about "cancelling for any reason" or similar.

Answer: Very bad customer service. They will sell you and call you like crazy but when it comes to some changes they will never respond. Better to stay away from them.
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
