On June 20,2022 I booked a flight for my mother-in-law to fly from Antananarivo (TNR) to Washington (IAD) on July 7,2022. The following day someone called to verify the name of the passenger and name of the credit card used was correct. After our conversation I was told they'd be sending an e-ticket receipt for the flight.
This morning, June 23,2022, someone called and stated, "we've been trying to contact you (which was a false statement as I had not heard from them). Your flight request was rejected because the name of the credit card was different from the passenger." The lady I was speaking with hung up on me. Before hanging up on me she said, "she could rebook the ticket but prices have since gone up (over $600) and we'd have to pay more." I called back immediately and they didn't pick up the phone or call me back.
Several attempts have since been made to find out what's going on without success. The main line takes me to people who "don't have access to see what's going on". They told me someone would be in contact with me regarding the ticket but no one ever called. They emailed me and said, "Our ticketing system failed to issue the ticket because the name on the credit card didn't match name of the passenger".
They've manipulated us in order that we'd pay more for the flight. Customer service has been horrible. Please save yourself time and resources by using another ticket provider. My experience with Oojo has been absolutely horrible. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Do not use this comapny. They are a scam. I tried to change my flight within a few hours of booking it. They called me while i was international and after numerous emails back and forth they still refuse to acknowledge that fact.my cousin answered my phone in the states while i was international so i do have a witness in addition to their phone number. I ahve all my emails still and i have since turned them over to my credit card company as a dispute to get all my money back. I was within the 24 hours to cancel my flight but they say the airline refuses to comply as well even if i was in teh 24 hour time frame.
Despite what this crap company thinks i am getting my money back because of all the emails and witness i have.

Pretty easy booking and confirmation. It was a straight forward and quick process
Lesson learned — just buy directly from the airline or use Hopper or Expedia. Using Oojo, I ended up paying twice the price I should have paid for. Why? Because Oojo has a "new system" and lost my ticket that I bought months ago. I had a confirmation and I guess Oojo's Itinerary but not one from the airline itself. I spent hours on hold with them, everyone telling me that it's fine, it will come through, payment is processed — no itinerary, no nothing at that point. I told the two different ladies I talked to that it was strange I didn't have an email from IcelandAir yet: "Oh, don't worry they said. This is normal." Finally last night — 2 days before my trip — someone admits they lost the tickets and can't get the same price. They won't match their old price, nothing. They should have at least paid the difference in cost of the new flight — they totally messed up. There was zero effort to fix it and the price they started quoting me to re-purchase the same flight was more expensive than what the airline cost. It was truly unbelievable. Anyways, I was able to get the charges reversed but like I said, just a nightmare experience that left me with a ticket that cost 2x what it should have cost (I just went directly through the airline to fix this), a headache and a lesson learned. Stay away from Oojo!

Not only was I given a phone call but I was also sent multiple emails harassing me to get the insurance in fact one of them telling me I had to. This is not okay

I am very disappointed with the services I received from this company since day 1. I bought a refundable ticket from the agency because they were cheaper than other airlines. An hour after buying the ticket, I called the agency to change the date; and they told me that they could not do it at that moment, My option was to buy another ticket; because the refund of the first ticket will take 5 business days. I bought the second ticket because I knew that the agency will refund my first purchases, but that was a lied. Despite calling and emailing the company many, many times, and speaking with different people who obviously did not know their job, my refund ticket is still not refunded. They are still not refunding me my $529.08. Please be careful with this Agency, because their employees are not responsible; they don't take their job duties seriously. My purchase was done on April 9,2022, and up until now, June 15,2022, my money for the first purchase has not been refunded.

I was attempting to make a roundtrip ticket from DC to IST turkey. The website during the transaction indicated that sorry your reservation did not go through. Later, I discovered that my credit card was charged more than $1266 and to my surprise a ticket was issued in my name but travel dates and are wrong, Aug7 to Aug 17 instead of Sept 6 to Sept 16th. So, after a week from the incident, I was charged for higher ticket because in high summer travel period. The company customer service is an office in Phillipines. First time I called and asked for US based customer service they said they are a CA office, when I ask for a manager, they say no mangers today. They said some one will call me, then again some on in the Phillipines calls in the evening to state that ticket is not refundable, and to change to lower priced ticket I have to pay an $170 extra fee. I asked if they take any responsibility for the misleading error message. The answer, you as passenger have responsibility to check regardless of messages generated from OOJO site, you should not believe what OOJO travel site indicated. Asked to speak with any one higher than first Level customer service Rep. She inform that her leadership at Phillipnes don't work evening shift. So Site can generate error message, issues ticket when it said reservation can be completed, and generate ticket at different travel ties and dates, and the customer support only recourse, you as passenger should verify that site will not generate a ticket. I did check my email after the error message, but did not have email. I did not spend the rest of day checking. The company could have won my trust if they waved change fees and just get the higher cost ticket and change to my desired travel dates and time which costs just 1093 if I purchased directly from the airline. This is perfect scam, generate error message to make customer think they don't have 24 hours to check, then after sometime book them on higher cost travel dates and times. Then wait for customer to call if they don't discover what happned. When they call you get even more money, $170, additional OOJO revenue for ticket change and processing fee

Do not go through this service. The company is unorganized, and I received several booking numbers that didn't work. I received one email with my tickets and checked into the flight. The next day I used the locator number to get my boarding pass, and the flight was canceled. I was on the phone with several people on and off for 5hours. The last person told me the flight wasn't canceled once it was too late to get to the airplane. The phone got disconnected constantly, and the people claimed they would call back and send an email which never happened. One of the agents even claimed that I lied about canceling my ticket. I am an avid traveler and this is the worst experience I have ever had with an agency. Do not book tickets with Oojo company!

I bought tickets from them. While purchasing their website said the cancellation charges were $160 per hear. When I actually went to cancel, they initially charged me $750 per head and $1,500 in total. When asked to explain, they initially said "Recalled Commissions". When I called in to ask them to explain it, they gave 4 totally different random explanations, including the fact that the airline was charging it. Then I had to explain that the airline had issued a completely refundable ticket, they didn't have an answer. Then the reduced the cancellation fees to $250. When asked to explain, they escalated it to the "Special Services" team. The special services team didn't get back to for 5 days till the day of travel. I got panic attacks because if they didn't cancel, I will be losing the entire money. Without getting any confirmation from they cancelled the tickets and charged me $500. When I call back, they keep saying that the Special Services team will call back but not holding my breath. If I don't hear back from them in 2 days, I will be putting in a claim with my credit card. Always make sure you buy only with a credit card for this purpose. Plenty of scmasters out there.

I booked a flight which was economical but unfortunately the last seat got booked as soon as I hit the book button. The team rebooked my itinerary with a better airline for the same price. Loved the experience! Keep up.
Excellent customer service. We needed to buy two tickets to Serbia on short notice. Everyone was very helpful in facilitating our transaction.
Quick and fast service and cheaper than all other options I saw.
Answer: Very bad customer service. They will sell you and call you like crazy but when it comes to some changes they will never respond. Better to stay away from them.
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
