There refund policy is horrible. Their cancellation fee is crazy on top of the airline cancellation fees. I paid just over $5K for 4 tickets and when I cancelled the airline charged me $300 per ticket, in addition there was Oojo cancellation fees, I got only $2K back from them. It was a rip off.

This company deserve zero star and below. Do yourself a favour and do NOT book via this company! You You will be so sorry and lose your money! Run and chose other reliable company!
I booked a flight ticket which I was not able to use as I was tested positive with Covid one day before the flight. I had a flight insurance Oojo urged me to buy (sending me everyday emails to book this anad other services for that flight) for another 50 USD. This insurance says in case of need to cancel due to Covid or anything else I get a full refund of my money or I can change my flight for now additional fee. They cancel the flight assuring me that once I am ready to fly I can contact them and they will rebook. It took me 5 hours on the phone to be transferred from one person to other, to be told that I need to wait a MONTH in the USA until SAS Airline is ready to provide a feeedback on my case, or I need to book a business class ticket! I also need to wait to that one agent who was assigned to me although this person did not answer to my email for 3 days! They will not respect the insurance policy so they will not provide me any refund for a cancellation nor exchange for no funds. Additionally, although Oojo is offering flights online, they will not book me any of these flights but a business class one for 5000 USD!
Their people keep talking nonsense and this is a a bad bad service ever! Run away and save you a lot of headache and nerves. They are fraud.
I am now ending to rebook a completely new ticket by another airline and service provider. NEVER OOJO!

You don't deserve even one star, there should 0 given to you! All these five star reviews are fake, people should stay away from you! I should have read the true reviews before buying tickets through you! The Turkish airline cancels the flight because of mechanical issues and they change the flight date to the next day. Since I used you for buying tickets, I am told by Turkish airlines to contact you and change it immediately to the next day. I call you at 9 pm, while still at the airport. Everyone starts changing their tickets to the next day. I was told by OOJO customer service that my situation is emergency and it has been escalated right away. I should be able to receive a phone call within the next minutes with updated tickets. And nothing happens for an entire hour. Everyone is changing their tickets and they are successful. I call to the Turkish airlines and am told that because I use OOJO as my agency, they should be the one to change my tickets. I call back to you and am told that someone is handling this, I should receive a phone call within a few minutes. Nothing happens till midnight! I called to Turkish airlines and plead to change my tickets as this OOJO failed to do their job! The Turkish airlines informs they are happy to help, but this agency made it impossible to Turkish airlines to change my ticket! They made it private! It's now 2 am and I call to OOJO about the new ticket. Guess what they told me? They said, why don't I just talk to Turkish airline rep as they are unable to help me? And that, I should pay the difference for the ticket change! What a joke! You were not able to change my tickets and by the time Turkish airline decided to take the matters into their hands, it was too late! The flight to the next one was fully booked and I still can't fly! You are a joke and not agency! I was told by other people that successfully changed their tickets to never use third parties like these ever again! I should have just purchase my tickets through the airline directly and save a headache.

I decided to book my flights with Oojo. I had a family emergency and needed to travel overseas with my daughter.
I selected the flights and an agent called me to confirm passengers details and credit card information.
I received an email right after saying that my tickets were being prepared and would be sent to me soon.
After two days I received my tickets only to see that they had my daughters last name wrong. This was a last minute trip and I was panicking.
I called them to report the issue and ask for help and they directed me to the airline company. I called the airline and sent a feedback request so they can make a correction. They emailed me saying it's Oojos fault and they should fix it.
I spent the next few days on the phone, where they were tossing me from one agent to another and pretty much demanding I pay cancellation fees and for a new ticket!
At some point they started promising they will fix it-I even have the name of the employee that promised-and that I should expect a call soon. The call never came.
In the meantime I had to book tickets because I still had to travel.
I canceled the reservation via their website. They started demanding that I pay fees!
I disputed the charges and they gave the audacity to fight it!
Oojo unprofessional, ripping people off thousands of dollars and causing them to stress because you don't care about anything else other than ripping them off. Keep away!

We book everything online. Everything works as expected so we do not need to contact customer service. The confirmed tickets arrive to my mailbox within seconds. The confirmed tickets also show up when I check directly with the airline website a few minutes later. Everything goes smoothly and fast for me. Thank You OOJO

I started on Kayak and once I chose the flight it took me to the Turkish airline site. I signed up for your membership. I paid the travel insurance and it was pretty straight forward. I think that screen could be more clear. You gave pictures on the left but I'm not certain that is what the travel insurance I bought is what is covered in the pictures.
The only worry I have is making my connecting flight. I understand the Istanbul airport is large and the flight pattern I as offered only gives me 1 hour to make my connecting flight. I guess that is all I'll need. I hope so. I tried to choose a flight with a longer layover but it wasn't offered at that price on the Turkish site but was offered on Kayak but I wasn't able to book it. Don't know why.
Booked my tickets with a ohoo online, no update on the Airline confirmation. I made call to customer service for a verification call and completed within 15 minutes. Reached out to Customer support more than 10 times and created ticket multiple times to booking agent, no one reached out to me. I repeatedly told them that I have to book some more tickets based on this confirmation, but no one told me proper reason for the delay. They connected me multiple times to sales department, but call will be disconnected automatically after 2 minutes hold. While talking to customer service one guy was recommending to cancel this reservation. Worst mindset. After that wrote to customer support email address and multiple follow up with them on email also, no one responded back. After 32 hours my ticket got issued.

Quick and easy ~ and at the right price. Two one way tix from SFO to Athens Intl for roughly $730. And I'd just gotten off the phone w/the carrier, Turkish Airlines, who quoted me $655 per person!

I booked a flight back in June for late September. Never received ticket but did receive a confirmation email. I called in July asking about the ticket and she said I would receive something in a couple days. I did not receive anything so I sent an email. No response to my email. I also called. During this call I was informed that the trip is no longer available. What upsets me the most, is that I did not receive one email, phone call, etc. that the flight was cancelled. NOTHING. I hate that - that particular flight was cancelled but it is more bothersome to me that no one was going to tell me. I lost it a little on customer service, which I do regret, but it is emotional when you are trying to get somewhere and then have to start from scratch - it changed all of the plans/hotels, etc. that was made. Lesson learned, I guess. I do not recommend this site. I will call every day until I get a refund.

Answer: Very bad customer service. They will sell you and call you like crazy but when it comes to some changes they will never respond. Better to stay away from them.
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
Answer: No, OOJO is all about trying to rip you off of your helpless situation. Sox they will slap tons of fees, nothing less than $250.
