I hope the culture of tips gets minimized in the USA. After living in New Zealand, where employers pay their employees a decent wage, coming to the USA, where employees seem to need to seek out customers to pay them through tips, I find it disgusting. Oojo should not try to promote this sick cultural feature of American sub-par economy even further.

I got the cheapest ticket price on this website, but due to a personal matter, I had to cancel it and because it was within 24 hours, I could easily get my money back in few hours.

It took at least 3 emails with support to get an answer from them about my missed flight. They simply did not respond timely. In addition, we had to reschedule our flight and they kill you with fees to the point where you save like $100 by rebooking with them instead of buying new tickets directly from the airline. The airline told us they will issue a refund if we contact the agency, they made this very clear and it was the only solution. Oojo would not issue a refund and want us to reschedule a flight, we already know this game. They rip you off in fees. Do not buy from this agency.

Ones they get your money they will not care about you. I have bought a ticket and they refused to help me with changing dates unless i pay them 250 plus the airlines charging fee and I asked the agent before I buy for the price they charge to chabge the ticket and they told me it is only 75 and I asked to talk to a supervisor and they told me that supervisors won't take calls! I am disputing the transaction and will advise anyone to stay away from these scammers

First of all …. I spoke to a human! Second of all …. They were informed, helpful, and seriously went out of there way
To help me out…! I used to work in the airline / tourist industry… and these guys didn't disappoint! Honestly they were awesome! Can't thank them enough.! They even called me back! You don't get that from a company anymore! I wanna give a specific shout out to daikho ( I hope I spelled that right) for being a SUPERB AGENT!
