If i had an option for lower than Zero star I would definitely choose it, I never see like this most ruthless customer service reps. Poor customer service, Manager never available, I have a flight in January and Turkish they change the schedule and offered me if I want to cancel or reschedule without any charges, but they are charging me eat even if it's their fault. Our tickets have been changed / cancelled without our request or consent less than one week before our multi month, international trip. We have called OOJO more than a dozen times and have been constantly kicked around from one department to another who are pointing fingers at each other and at the (Turkish) airline instead of taking responsibility for the mess up and taking action to fix it promptly. As I write this, we are all packed up and we're excited for our trip but we do not have confirmed tickets — still waiting for an update from OOJO who allegedly are waiting for an update from the airline. Terrible experience. Hopefully, someone from OOJO reads this and takes prompt action to fix this (I'll gladly update my review). Otherwise, I WOULD TELL PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM OOJO — the stress is not at all worth a little bit of savings.

Today is 11/06/2022, my flight on Royal Jordanian 263 to Chicago was fine and arrived on time, however, my connecting flight on American Airlines to Detroit from Chicago O'Hare got canceled due to high winds. I purchased OOJO Travel Care Service for $178.90 (confirmation number *******) and so I called them to get rebooked on the next flight, I was told by OOJO customer service to either AA or Royal Jordanian. Why did I purchase damn insurance for such a thing? Please do yourself a favor and skip this scam insurance.

Answer: Very bad customer service. They will sell you and call you like crazy but when it comes to some changes they will never respond. Better to stay away from them.
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
Answer: No, OOJO is all about trying to rip you off of your helpless situation. Sox they will slap tons of fees, nothing less than $250.
