I booked a ticket through oojo and prices were really good compared to what other websites quoted. I also took their travel care services to protect their plan. I paid around 49 usd per ticket for their services. Unfortunately while traveling one of my luggage bag got damaged and when I reach out to oojo support they said they are only taking care of completely damaged luggage or missing luggage. I don't know the definition of completely damaged luggage but when you ask for compensation they will not support. Pathetic service.

I LOST MY BOOKED FLIGHT!
I booked on 28 November 2022.
I input my credit card information and received a confirmation number.
On the 1st of December, I was contacted and informed my booked flight was not valid anymore as the credit card was not verified (supposedly for fraude prevention) in their system.
They were pretty happy to sell me another ticket after they canceled the original, the current cost $1847 $500 more than the original $1347 price.
They were also nice enough to give me a follow-up call from a very unhelpful lady at midnight; (while I was sleeping), (I had attempted to contact the help line to fix the issue earlier in the evening but kept getting cut off.)
CAUTION!
Try calling customer service and see if they improved.

Great service in selecting alternative flight options when there was a major change in original booking

I was booking for international flights from ORD to BBI and got the cheapest price from Oojo. Whereas other travel agents/websites were showing more prices. My only feedback for Oojo is to include the Multi-city option for the multiple segments in one booking. That option was missing

Buying the ticket is easy if you don't go through all terms and conditions especially "AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND TRAVELTECH Corp" where it comes to the change of the flight date and fees. The customer service is horrible. They didn't have any date available in first conversation and in second contact, after a long wait they had to send me an email. What is important here is that at any point of time during the purchase on-line they will not let you know about an extra charge of $150.00 for "OOJO Processing fee" beside other fees, if you decide to make a change in flight date. You can only know about it when you read the "AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND TRAVELTECH Corp".

This company is the worse company to get your tickets with,me and my husband purchased our tickets and the protection plan on them,because we work a lot and we thought we can always change them, and we had to change them and we had to pay an absurd fee to change them.After a month we decided we needed to change them,again because of work,and they told me that I already used my benefits on the ticket and is a one time benefit,when we never even had part of that,we had to re pay an absurd fee to change our tickets. I'm in desperate situation and needed help to change my flight. Hoping I can still catch my dying mother alive. She's in critical condition at the moment...I already called to cancel my flight out of desperation but never hit my mind of asking to change for earlier flight... Answer: Very bad customer service. They will sell you and call you like crazy but when it comes to some changes they will never respond. Better to stay away from them.
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
