I wish I have less than zero star because they are scammers. Over a year ago I booked flight through their website and I couldn't make it because of COVID so I called them and one of their team member told me to cancel the flight to get refund or to book new flight but later that day they refused to give my money back or to book new flight. After I get tired of calling them everyday, they promised to refund my money but I did not get anything until now. Every time when I ask for boss or somebody who better to assist me they said "they donot have any accesses to their boss and some of them just hang up on me. This is the worst travel agent I ever have

It's impossible to describe the incompetence of the Oojo staff! Due to their unprofessionalism and lack of follow through, we missed our domestic U.S. flight between SJC and LAX to continue on our flights to Asia. Between their dropped calls and TERRIBLE customer service, no discounted service is worth the time and effort it took to try to resolve our travel issues. The airline carrier customer service staff were very empathic about our mistreatment, and witnessed it first hand, but their hands were tied because we booked our traveling plans through Oojo and not them directly. One star is more than this rating deserves. Travelers beware.

Pls be aware you will cry like me I purchased tickets and they rescheduled it and I asked for refund so they cancelled my tickets now no refund no tickets called 40 times didn't eat didn't sleep for 4 days I will sue them in consumer court people pls believe me and stay out of this

Scammers! Avoid for booking with airlines with Oojo you will pay extra for your luggages. I booked international flight.I was told I have two luggages 50 Ib each and one carry on, I called couple time to double check and later in the airport they let pay for my luggages I have the reservation email confirmation details I called them to check and I'll sue them. Closed scam loop! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Answer: Very bad customer service. They will sell you and call you like crazy but when it comes to some changes they will never respond. Better to stay away from them.
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
