The online booking was simple and quick. Confirmation emails are quick too. A rep even called to make sure everything is right and provided direct phone number for contact. Only thing that may need to improve is that ITA Airways, the airline that provides the flight services couldn't confirm the booking until I called them and ask for the confirmation..

Booked a flight through OOJO in February with Egypt air from MSY to JED. Flight scheduled was changed by airline. Alternative flight were with long layover. Asked for refund in February. It took almost 3 month to cancel flight and still waiting on the refund. Customer service just copy and paste email weekly letting me know they are working on refund. Horrible customer service and company

Oojo came up on a Skyscanner search and it was new to me. The booking process was quick and there were no added fees. I like the single, relatively short page for booking. Some travel sites take you through 6-7 pages and about 10 "No" clicks before finishing. I got the itinerary within 30 minutes. Definitely above average experience.

Booked a flight for an upcoming trip. Was surprised when a "travel representative" phoned me to confirm the destinations, flights and times. Made sure I knew how to contact them if I had any questions or needed help. So far, so good but being that the trip isn't for a while yet we'll see if it remains smooth sailing?
