Their agent convinced me to buy trip protection package by lying that I will get 100% refund if I cancel for ANY medical reasons. But when I actually tried to claim the refund for cancellation with a medical certificate, they are giving me the toughest time ever by making me pass through so many hoops and finding every reason possible to not give me any compensation for the claim! I have been going back and forth with emails with them for the past 5 months!

Wanted to change my ticket and Yanfei was really helpful and helped me to change my ticket. I think he knows how to talk deal with the customers very well and really professional guys. I purchased five Turkish airlines tickets in February. I accidentally entered my name instead of my son's name. Promptly I've contacted oojo.com and representative Kumkum advised me to buy another ticket with the correct name. I did that and the previous (one out of five) wrong reservation was cancelled. I then requested a refund from oojo, they said they no longer have my money and I need to request it from Turkish airlines. I got an email with an approved code for a refund from TA but because oojo.com bought it with its own credit card, TA needs oojo's permission to wire the refund directly to my bank account. All I need from oojo is to write an email to Turkish Airlines stating that they agree to that. It's been October and no result. The representatives and like Mahaelani keep saying that someone from their accounting department will get back to me. I'm feed up and filing a court complaint next week

This last agent was wonderful. Easy to understand, clear and knowledgeable. And I have to believe was able to confirm my ticket. The other agents from yesterday, and a call in early Oct. Gave me incorrect information re: seat assignments and never indicated my airline-incurred flight changes were never confirmed, resulting in hours on the telephone and web sites w/you and Turkish Air. All in all, a very stressful and time consuming experience.

They are thiefts. They are withholding 32% of yours plane tickets costs and perform a refund in 2 to 8 weeks, just simply taking your money from you and using the rest for their business.
Avoid oojo.com online service!
Very disappointed with their services. I booked the flight in October 2023 to Morocco, but because of recent earthquake I could not and do not want to go there. I asked them to exchange my ticket to different date and country, but using the same air company, and they refuced to do such thing, even though the flight company by itself is willing to help me. They want to give me my money back and withhold $700:(

Answer: Very bad customer service. They will sell you and call you like crazy but when it comes to some changes they will never respond. Better to stay away from them.
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
