I would never buy or recommend the Ojoo travel agency at any time! Their customer service is abominable. If fact, to say they had the worst customer service would be an uptick. They collect their commission and forget about you doing everything in their power to hold their commission at all cost. If there is a fight delay, it's on you. It's up to you to make hotel arrangements to account for any flight delays prior to departure. Now my flight synopsis: I was supposed to fly on the 25th of June and remain still stranded in New York City through June 27th or June 28th at a minimum. Each time they send me an email for another flight to confirm, I confirm until they say, "oops, not yet! We need to find another." They never follow up with a final confirmation or send me ticket with boarding pass. They claim they cannot get the airline to respond to their request. In fact their direct quote, "we don't own the airlines and we have no power over them!" In conclusion, from this date forward, I will never buy from the Ojoo Agency at any price and I will only buy direct from the airlines. Today is June 26th and as I write this review, I am still waiting to fly from New York City, remain stranded here and I have not received my confirming ticket or boarding pass. Ojoo customer service agents are not trained well and clearly unresponsive. Their ability to communicate in English to solve or resolve issues as they arise go unaccounted for. Every time I called them I felt like a hamster on a wheel with no end in sight. They receive a full commission from my purchase and then, I must make the calls directly to the airlines in order to get some resolve. Where is the service in that? One final point, their company policy DOES NOT ALLOW you to speak with either a supervisor or manager at any time. If anyone has the name, phone number of the Chairman of the Board of Ojoo, I'm all ears. A formal complaint needs to go directly to them. See attached the log of emails and phone calls with no resolution in sight. I lost sleep, time and reschedule all business appointments. I demand a healthy compensation for all my aggravation and conflict, pain and suffering caused by this matter. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE OJOO!

It was smooth with no price games other sites do. Seat selection was aisle or window but it i did not see a seat map. This is concerning as i am traveling w my parents Dad is 90 years old.

This is second time I am buying international air ticket from Oojo. Price has gone much up. Last year I paid almost $300 less for 2 adult people. No discount this time, dissapointed. I will be glad if Oojo can find some more discounts or opportunities to get dropped prices committing a reality. I request free seat-pickups for the long distance flights atleast so that we, elderly people can seat side by side. Thank you

Answer: Very bad customer service. They will sell you and call you like crazy but when it comes to some changes they will never respond. Better to stay away from them.
