The website showed round trip business fare LAX-MLA (Malta) at $600 below the best advertised price I could find elsewhere. I was concerned a bit by inconsistent Oojo reviews, some very bad, some very good. I submitted the booking request and got an immediate phone call from an agent saying they would get back to me soon as they could confirm the ticket. They later called back and said the fare was no longer available, and went up by $200 (but still $400 lower than elsewhere). I booked that flight, which was confirmed within a few minutes. I immediately checked the ticket number on the airline booking management page. Everything was fine - there were no unexpected fees or restrictions - it was indistinguishable from a ticket purchased directly from the airline. So my experience was fully positive. I didn't see the $200 increase as intentionally misleading - I often see fares on booking sites later come up as unavailable, perhaps due to some lag in the data updates. The bottom line is they got me a fare $400 lower than a half a dozen other sites I checked.

Booked my trip through OOJO at a great price but the airline changed the departure time and I couldn't make my connecting flight.
