Finding a flight using your service was fine, but it was upsetting to get a call after we booked the flight trying to get us to sign up for trip insurance, especially since we had just declined it. We recently experienced several bait-and-switch schemes, and thought this call was more of the same to tell us that the flight was now not available at the price we booked.

They are REALLY on top of it! Called me within 60-seonds of booking a trip, while another agent was already working with me. They even tried to come up with a better price / itinerary for my multi-city trip, but eventually couldn't beat what I had. But based on all other OTAs, this was the most responsive team! Horfens went above and beyond for us! E-Mail, Direct phone #s, and call back / follow-up was amazing!

I started to purchase ticket for 3 pax as I found Oojo offer cheapest. My bank denied the payment because the daily transaction limit less than the ticket price. It is due to the original price is in US$ and my account is in MYR. Bank initially estimate little bit high conversion rate. But the sales office prepare new quotation for pay with another card. Good thing is that they hold the initial price for 15 hours although the price increased.
