Oojo had the best prices for my international flight and the confirmation process was extremely quick. Unlike some other companies I have used who take several days to confirm and/or issue a ticket then raise the prices. I was booked and received an electronic ticket within minutes and the price was as advertised.

Made a flight reservation through oojo after being redirected by Kayak. Instead of issuing tickets, I received numerous calls from oojo agents from unverified numbers to "verify" my information on a 3-way call with my bank.
In thousands of online transactions and travel bookings no other company requires this. They have my credit card information and can just charge VISA and issue the tickets like a normal company.
Something is very wrong here and you should never "verify" your banking information on a 3 way call.

Had issue with purchasing ticket due to limit on debit card. Did not know the transaction was declined from my bank until an OOJO rep called me. They were very persistent in trying to reach me which I appreciated otherwise I might have not known for a few days because I am very busy and the price of the tickets could have more. So grateful for OOJO rep being in constant contact with me to let me know the status of the transaction.

After multiple failed attempts, trying to use another website and or companies who shall not be named. Oojo came to the rescue. The format within the website was very straightforward. There was no interruptions, nor any harsh pop-ups. They did their due diligence in offering variety insurance plans. As well as covering every single basis that one needs to travel. This is my first time using this platform, and it definitely will not be the last. Five stars doesn't seem adequate enough. If there was a higher rating, I would have given it a 10 out of 10. Genuinely recommend to anyone who is looking to retrieve their flight booking without any hassles.

My experience is pretty much mixed with convenient and vexing. I had to switch multiple lines to check my luggages; the conveyor belt was not working and the check in lady couldn't provide seats next to my friend who was flying with me.The rest of the flight was just amazing!

I used KAYAK to find a good priced airline ticket. When I selected the flight it brought me to OOJO website to complete the booking. It was a very simple process. Then the OOJO customer care person called me to confirm everything. It was great to get someone to doublecheck the travel dates and passenger info to avoid any mistakes.
