I bought an airplane ticket through Oojo Travel on 11/12/23. The flight date was on 11/30/23 from Eugene, US to Beijing China. The price of the ticket plus a travel insurance was totally $1874.27.
After I figured out the airplane company doesn't allow puppy to stay with the owner inside the flight I cancelled the airplane ticket on 11/22/23. I called Oojo and asked about the refund. I was told if I don't buy ticket through their website they will give me a refund of $1500.10. More than 3 months has passed. I haven't received any refund so far. Every time I called, I was told there will be somebody to call me in some time unsure. I could never get hold of somebody who could give me a clear answer.

Quite the gong show dealing with this company. Customer service is a nightmare! I was overcharged by $230 and they have done nothing to resolve the issue but took the time to string me along for weeks and then turn around and say that too much time has passed! Their right hand clearly has no idea what their left hand is doing in this company and they take zero responsibility for anything! Dealing with Oojo has been a huge waste of time and money! Just book directly with the airline and save yourself the hassle!

Customer service is terrible. No English speaking associates, no problem solving skills, would just reiterate notes in the portal, would never look beyond the computer screen to see the actual problem. OOJO didn't sent off the confirmation of the new flight to Air Transat. We were waiting on Air Transat to authorization the flight confirmation BUT THEY NEVER GOT THE CONFIRMATION. Transat was good but I wasn't allowed to talk to them. Just OOJO who was incompetent. I finally got a hold of the manager in the 14th. He sent the confirmation out, called Air Transat. Within the day I had my flight itinerary. They need more people like the manager. The other staff was polite but extremely useless.

Answer: Very bad customer service. They will sell you and call you like crazy but when it comes to some changes they will never respond. Better to stay away from them.
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
