I can't believe that these people are still in business. I've had packages left in the dirt, watered by the sprinklers, on the street, in the middle of the driveway (I almost drove over it), anywhere except where they should be delivered, on my porch. The porch is another 6-7 steps from where they left it, but they are too lazy to walk them. The drivers are either irresponsible or criminal (how else can I qualify a box left in the middle of my driveway)? Obviously I am not the one who chose them, I am the recipient of a Walmart delivery this time. Complaints fall on deaf ears, they don't care.

Didn't know Walmart would use this co. All negative reviews accurate and, apparently, company policy.

I ordered a new gaming monitor from Walmart. Two days later, On-trac sent me a notification saying we delivered your package to your front door. I was home, still no package. Of course the website suggested i wait 48 hours? Who the hell would say that, especially after the driver marked it delivered? Anyway, Walmart said its On-Trac, on track can't seem to find my package or the driver to ask about it. Please change your name to;
Off-Track. That seems to fit your business model.

I purchased an expensive bicycle from REI shipped via OnTrac. When the bike did not arrive on the promised date, I checked their site and the status showed "Held at warehouse" when I called customer service, they sent an email to the warehouse and told me they would get back to me. They did not get back to me. I called again and they said the warehouse lost the bicycle and they are trying to find it? Really? How about you look for the giant box with the picture of a bicycle on it! Fortunately, REI is a great company and they immediately shipped out a replacement via UPS. OnTrac should officially change their business name to Lost Trac because they are incapable of keeping track of your shipment or being OnTrac with anything.

I can not believe that this company is still in business. They can not deliver your packages. Numerous phone calls, still no delivery. They state "out for delivery" but it never arrives. They state that "the driver ran out of time" Not my problem... hire more drivers! Have been waiting for AC unit to be delivered for 6 days now from 60 miles away, OMG.

THE WORST SHIPPING AVAILABLE. I will never purchase anything from a company that uses Ontrac as their shipper. Bad business should be shutdown for stupidity!

Ordered a pool it shipped FedEx never received it. Still lost. Shipper sent another one using ontrac, got my pool within the estimated time. I trust this company over FedEx.

My item wasn't damaged either.

They are never on time! They do not give you any information when you call for an update about a package. They are the worst!

I did a order from bath and body works and I just got a random refund today and come to find out it's because this trash a$$ service LIED and said customer refused package, that them sorry mfs never even delivered! I'm so freaking mad! Now I can't even get the same items because who ever lied saying I refuse the package sent it back and not my items were sold to another customer! Muther f'ers! And seeing how many people have bad experiences with them why are they still in business? I guess it's no need to file a complaint since they don't even get back to its customers! Hot garbage I tell you!

Worse delivery company EVER! Best Buy needs to find a more reliable company. They don't tell us the consumer anything except the day it "supposedly" shipped, then on the day it supposed to be delivered, it says "Running late" should be there in one day. And after two weeks... still waiting

Waited for a package for 14 days finally they said it'd be here and it Never showed then they lost it. Worst company ever

I've been promised a delivery going on three days now as it sits in a local warehouse with no hope of it ever being delivered to me. The worst part about it is I can leave my house until 6pm each day, because I know the item will be stolen if I'm not around. Every day I just wait around until the clock reads 6pm, and I get the latest your delivery has been delayed message. Poor excuse for a company!

I actually give 0 stars. I have never had a good experience with OnTrac, EVER. Service is so bad that when I find out a company is using OnTrac I stop doing business online with them. I just found out that Home Depot is using them now and they have now lost my business. I ordered an AC unit on 6/21 and was supposed to be delivered on 6/24, never showed, so I called OnTrac the next morning told them what happened and that there is always an issue with this company, the guy was really nice and put in a ticket to get my package to me that day. Well guess what... it never came, now it is supposed to arrive today 6/26 "by end of day" even though it has been out for delivery many times. I called OnTrac back and the guy just told me there was nothing anyone can do, so I asked If I could go and pick up the package myself and he told me I couldn't. I even took screen shots of it. I understand things happens, but it is an issue with OnTrac EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. For now on anytime I make an order I will find out first who they use for delivery service. Oh and FYI... this was the kind of service (if not worse) that I received way before COVID.

I am so irritated with ontrac's delivery people just tossing my packages over the gate! I've emailed and called and was told they noted my account that all packages to be placed at front door and that doesn't happen! So frustrating especially when these lazy drivers can't follow simple instructions!

I ordered a Robat Vacuum and mop Robatic Floor Cleaner. Nothind was delivered and nothing was received. On Track which we should say out of track and other scam companies are getting our money and keep you waiting for months and they say delivered the merchandise. And claim, it is stolen or lost and give you 20% of the money. They pocket 80% or the money. It appears the good is coming from China but it seems the operation takes place in Ca. Watch out! I am not sure why these scammers have not been caught yet. They claim delivered in front door. This building has manager and camera which showed no one ever came to deliver the package as they say.

I have never had a good experience with OnTrac. They have no care or concern for your deliveries. They have left a box left outside of my apartment building - in the street(!) - in the pouring rain. The bottom soaked thru, losing all the contents. I provide specific instructions on each shipping address that boxes need to be brought to my apt door, as they sadly are stolen from the mailroom. Despite this, and every other carrier complying, OnTrac has never ONCE followed the instructions. They don't even leave it in the mailroom. It seems they literally throw boxes somewhere in the vicinity of where you live. I sometimes wonder if they are purposefully trying to mangle the boxes? I normally don't leave reviews, but if this can save anyone the headaches I've been through with them, it's worth it. Need to apply pressure to the retailers who use the service.

I'm moving out of state next week. I made some purchases online and sadly Fashion nova lost my business. I will never buy from a company that uses Ontrac for shipments. The delivery date keeps changing for next business day. No one can get in touch with driver or distribution center. Fashion Nova won't help because shipment is in transit. I want to cry because I spent a lot of money for this purchase. I'm running out of days. This is so wrong. I'm so sad, confused and angry. Bad service!

My product was shipped on the 2 of June, somehow the next couple of days it got damage while being in the facility, then they said they were sending my package back to the shipper, it's been 7days and still no info on the package and not only that but I can't contact google to get updates! Ugh

They do not deliver on time as expected and will lie and say they cannot locate your address on Google maps or using the driver's gps.
This is a lousy company and should not be in business.

OnTrac has failed to deliver my package to my address. The shipped my order to my neighbor. I have reached out to notify them of their negligence, they have failed to admit their error.
