After a one week delay and two unanswered inquiries with the company, my package is being returned to sender despite no one even being on my porch the day of the attempted delivery. Very disappointed with this service.
Delivery driver was far too lazy to bring my 20lb package to my doorstep. Terrible service. I will never purchase anything that connects with On trac.
My package is showing as delivered but I never received it. I opened a ticket about it, and they asked me for two days to investigate and I just received a reply saying that my package was delivered but I didn't receive any proof, photo, call, etc. Now they are asking me to contact the seller to tell them what happened. What I'm going to say? Send another package? This is the worst delivery company.
My review are not good because they are late delivering my PKG plus they don't tell me where my PKG is and they ignore my messages, emails. If u read this review "DON'T EVER PICK ONTRAC DELIVER YOUR PKGS". UPS USPS, FEDEX ARE MUCH BETTER DELIVERING YOUR PKGS.
One star is far too generous for the abysmal service I received from OnTrac. My package, which contained crucial time-sensitive documents, was promised for delivery on Monday. Tuesday came and went. So did now, Wednesday. I called customer service, where I was met with the robotic equivalent of a shrug. They provided a tracking number that seemed to be stuck in a time warp, perpetually showing "In Transit" as if my package was on some sort of existential journey through the cosmos. The sheer incompetence and lack of communication from OnTrac is simply unacceptable. If you need something delivered reliably and on time, avoid OnTrac like the plague. They're about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. I'd rather trust a carrier pigeon with my next shipment.
Package shows unable to deliver because they needed a code. I do NOT have a code I live in a house in the country! So now my package will be delivered in the next 2-3 days. Hopefully! And don't try to talk to a person except with chat! Customer service is something they do not care about!
Absolutely not and I'm going to cancel my AliExpress and any other company that uses them. On 10/17/24 at 8:30 pm, the delivery driver hit my car parked in the front of my house and kept going. My Ring got her on camera throwing the package on my stairs, taking her picture and walking away - hit and skip. She knew she hit my car and had to feel the impact. I spent hours on their website trying to get some assistance. I got nothing but dumb auto responses. The phone number I finally got, no one answers or they're self-service - press 1,2, etc. The answers are standard comments - absolutely no help whatsoever. I may have to pay my $500 deductible because of OnTrac's terrible driver if the police can't locate her. That little $35 package was not worth it.
I contacted them regarding a package that said delivered on 10/4/24 that I never received. They opened an investigation. Long story short, they closed the investigation stating that the package had been delivered and even sent me a picture of it sitting outside at the door. Unfortunately for me, the item was sitting outside of a door but just not my door. I tried calling and even got through to a chat via text message that disconnected me. I hate that I don't have a choice in which company delivers my purchases as I would never want to use them again.
These people do not help at all, makes me feel like it is a robot. I asked them to update the door code so the driver could place items in the home since this was a renovation but Brenda the chat rep stated and i quote "I understand this is frustrating. Since the address was incorrect, why would the driver try again?" That is not how you speak to someone, also i never mentioned a wrong address so now i am wondering what it was changed to. You are not talking to these people so you could have not misheard me, you are clearly not paying attention which makes me think they are mixing up orders.
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
Marked the package "refused", but the delivery NEVER SHOWED UP. No customer service whatsoever. You will NOT be connected to a real representative. LITERALLY a SCAM.
I looked at the delivery date and it said delivered 8/3@ 2pm. Well I did not get that package and when I look at the picture THEY PROVIDE! It's a picture of the package IN someone's house! How would the delivery driver take that picture in someone's house? It's not making sense. This isn't right I spent my hard working money on things I needed to be here in a timely manner. This is the worst delivery company on earth deserves to be cancelled. My package was sent back to old navy because OnTrac refused to update my address they also have no option to pick up because it's such a small POS company! Also one of my packages was thrown in the yard grass! They didn't even sit it at my door was thrown in the grass and they just turned the sprinklers on!

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with OnTrac, and I felt compelled to share it. As an Amazon Prime member, I expect my packages to arrive on time, especially when they are already in the same city. Unfortunately, OnTrac failed to deliver, both literally and figuratively.
First, let's talk about the tracking information. My package was marked as "out for delivery" for three days straight. How is that even possible? It's not like my address changed or my city suddenly expanded overnight. The package was in the same city, just a few miles away, yet it seemed like OnTrac was playing hide and seek with it.
Customer service was equally disappointing. After waiting on hold for what felt like an eternity, I was finally able to speak with a representative who was less than helpful. Their only advice was to "wait a bit longer" and assured me that "it happens sometimes." Really? This is your solution for a package that's already significantly delayed?.
I understand that delays can happen, but this level of inefficiency is unacceptable, especially for a company that's supposed to specialize in logistics. OnTrac needs to seriously reevaluate their operations and customer service. Until then, I'll be hoping Amazon reconsiders their partnership with them.
In short, if you're expecting timely and reliable delivery, don't count on OnTrac to get the job done. This experience has certainly made me wary of any future shipments involving them.
I wish I could have given 0 stars, after one week I still don't have my package nor an update. Stupidness. I reached out to their customer service and they were even worse.

My item was cancelled because Ontrac could not deliver to my PO BOX. The seller refused to contact ontrac to update to my physical address. I called ontrac and they told me the seller had to update the address. Ontrac said it would give 3 days to update if not the item would be returned for a refund. Well the item was cancelled the next day. Just poor customer service no one did anything to try to help the process. The seller from the beginning should have said they could not deliver to PO BOX. One & done I can't do business that way.
Horrible service
Drivers are always delayed then they don't know how to ring -an intercom. That becomes too complicated for them and then they decide to leave. No customer service and robots in help chat, same answers on everything. It is a JOKE worst service ever a bunch of $#*!s and idiots.
Order is over a week later and the only contact is a chat bot; website updated each day saying it will be deliverer on the next day for a week, that stopped 3 days ago no more updates. The vendor said I can't cancel my order until Saturday which will be 10 days after the scheduled delivery date. Sorry can't update with picture of proof of purchase because I haven't received my order. I am upset that a company like Walmart allows people to sell on their website and use a shipper like this.

Answer: Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
