THEY STOLE MY PACKAGE
AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE MERCHAT FOR A REFUND.
DID NOT EVEN GIVE HOPE OR OPTIONS FOR AN INVESTIGATION TO TRACK AND LOCATE PACKAGE. THIRD TIME SAME CARRIER. THEY LOVE TO STEAL FROM ZARA

I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping/delivery. Unfortunately the company gave our shipment to OnTrac. Our household has had so many deliveries go missing/never delivered once they reach Redlands. It is the Bermuda Triangle of merchandise. They really need to fix their company. We have never had issues with UPS, FedEx or USPS. We always receive 100% of our deliveries from them. With OnTrac it is a 2%-5% delivery rate. Whenever I see my package is with OnTrac, I know I am never going to see the merchandise I have ordered. I want to know if their Corporate office is aware. Or, are they in on it? Biggest black market scam ever...it fell off the back of the truck at OnTrac. It is where all expensive, good merchandise goes to never be delivered.

I ordered stuff from temu and on the temu website my package was to be delivered to my address between 6-3-23 & 6-5-23 but on track said not until next week so I am filling a complaint with the BBB lets see how they like that

1 star is too deserving for this review. This company lost my package because they said they "needed more info about my address" some thing I never had to do ever (I live in a normal neighborhood in a normal house) when I reached out for assistance - serval times over serval days. The "live" agents send you nothing but scripted prompts. When they transferred my issue to claims I was told I'd get a call back in two hours on a Friday. Today is Wednesday and I still haven't received a call back. And Goodluck getting a person on the phone - it's all automated! Scam scam scam.

I have attached a copy of the email I received from them over a week after I contacted them about an issue with delivery. The problem was resolved with no help from them and the package delivered a week prior. They state they haven't even received the package yet! What a joke.

Ordered items from Fashion Nova which used on track delivery service package was marked as delivered, no package ever delivered. Checked with my neighbor and we both checked our ri f vid o, no package ever d liveried to my door or left at my door

I ordered several items from temu, I didnt know it would be shipped by this company. Ive been waiting way longer then i should for my items and on the tracking thing is says they have attemped delievery but address was wrong.? I never even saw thier truck enter my parking lot and im a stay at home mom so id know...Where the hell is my package it says they are out for delivery today at 11 am its now 7 pm? How long does it take to deliever a one envelppe item?

DO NOT do business with this company. If you are a shipper, use another provider to get your merchandise to your customers!

Ontrac delivered a package to my house and leaned it up against the gate on my front door. The driver wedged it in and I couldn't open my front door at all. I had to climb out a window and come around and move the package. Thank God my house wasn't on fire!

There is even a huge sign on my front door that reads: "Delivery Drivers. Please do not knock. Leave packages next to fountain behind you. DO NOT leave in front of door."

Apparently this driver either didn't give a f#%@ or couldn't read. I will be sure to notify the merchant I bought from and will be telling them if they can't use another shipper, then I won't be shopping with them anymore!

I have had three orders with Walmart at 2 different addresses and all three did not arrive due to delivery issues "Unable to Access Residence". I work at home and was home for all three deliveries. OnTrac just chooses to not deliver. No more Walmart for me until they use another delivery service!

Too bad I really couldn't choose no stars as an option!

They tried to deliver a package to a college on a Sunday, lied abut that. Said package was delivered to our Mailroom, which I work inside our Mailroom so lie 2. Customer Service argued saying their driver delivered package to right location no more said. They did no wrong and we never received our Home Depot order. They are simply awful...

I've recently ordered a package from Adidas the package was supposed to be delivered to me at my apartment door, but instead my package was left in the lobby with a picture stating delivered, shortly later in the evening the package was then stolen. What's is crazy about the incident was that I was home the whole weekend during this time. They delivery work are lazy and there's no one from the company to speak with. This company should be out of business ASAP.

I had an order that was supposed to be deliver today, I received a notification that my package was supposed to be delivery, but the driver return it back to the lasership company in VA Beach, the notification stated they needed more information and instructions in delivering my package, the information was correct, I ask could I pick up my package and they said I was unable to do so.
I became frustrated, I'm hope it will come tomorrow

Let me say this to all the reviewers that's giving negative reviews, Because i read most of reviews saying they delay orders i nearly missed out on mine thanks to reading y'all bad reviews. Maybe there was a issue with unexperienced drivers and workers to mess up, or delay your items. They brought my package with in the 2 day limit, friendly driver great teamwork getting it to my home early on a Sunday Morning. My final conclusion if your gonna buy from Walmart beaware that different shipping companies will deliver your stuff like Ortrac, don't trust and believe these bad reviews you have to trust your insticnt different states when different results. Overall with Ortrac first time experience I'm giving them five stars for trying their best!

I have received a thousand packages at my address, even from OnTrac. For some reason, all they do now is attempt delivery multiple times and text me the message:

"Hi, OnTrac was unable to deliver your. Please visit https://www.ontrac.com/track/[omitted for security reasons] for more info"

I contacted OnTrac customer service, who repeatedly requests the same information I already provided and then copy-pastes, "If that's all the assistance you need today." then disconnects me abruptly.

There have been 3 delivery attempts in 3 days thus far. I was there, waiting outside. Even my front guard said there were no delivery attempts all day from 6am in the morning. There were instructions provided to call me with any issues. I JUST received another cannot be delivered text, while sitting IN FRONT of the delivery address. The driver never came. Can somebody in a supervisory role assist me? Customer Service has been contacted 6 times and it has not helped. The seller and I don't know what to do. I can also provide photos of the redundent and unhelpful chat conversations if need be. I would happily increase my rating if this can be resolved.

Delivered my package to the wrong address. Driver took a picture and it was the wrong house. That house isn't even in my neighborhood!Tried reaching customer service never responded.

My package was marked as "undelivered" around 4pm despite my leaving a note w/instructions. I texted OnTrac & they replied immediately. Not only that, they said they would add my instructions to the drivers info upon re-delivery.

About 2 hours later I received a text my package was delivered to my neighbor, as I requested! I spoke to my neighbor to confirm it arrived.

I may be an anomaly but this was incredible customer service!

I received the wrong package. $100+ dollars worth of stuff. Tried contacting customer service and they said they'll get back to me in 2 business days. 2 business days really? Horrible company

I RECEIVED A TEXT ABOUT MY PACKAGE BEING OUT FOR DELIVER SINCE 8:18 AM IT'S NOW 5 AND STILL NO PACKAGE, WORST SHIPPING COMPANY IN THE WORLD. And Customer service phone is ALWAYS BUSY! If I could give them a minus 5 I would
