After ordering a package where I had to sign for delivery, the company failed to deliver for two days. I ordered something through best buy who contracts with OnTrac in California.
They did not even attempt to deliver to my address or knock on my door. They claimed delivery failed because of a "gate code" (I do not have any gate or any code). The website tells me to contact their support but I struggled to reach them.
After two days, they decided to just give up and give me no status updates.
This company is AWFUL. I ordered from free people about a week ago and got an estimated delivery date as July 8. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email notification that my package was coming early and would be delivered on the 6th. Well ontrac claims there was a delivery attempt made, but there is no evidence of that. I was not contacted when they were here by telephone or by my apartments intercom system. I then spent a ridiculously long time trying to get an actual person to speak to and not an AI bot. When I was finally connected to someone, they either didn't have the transcript of the AI conversation I just had or the wherewithal to read it. Once I got the customer service rep up to speed, they asked for my address, unit number, and building access code. My address and unit number had already been provided when I placed the order and I have never had to give a building access code out in the 5 years I have lived in this building. The customer service rep then told me that delivery drivers don't have to contact the customers when making deliveries and that deliveries happen between 8 am and 9 pm local time. Oh! And now I will have to wait an extra two days for this package to be delivered. I have absolutely no confidence that I will be receiving this package. This company should be ashamed of the business they run. I cannot wait for the day they go out of business.
On Dec 15th at 324 pm my package says it was delivered and signed for by Mark. At 327 I opened my apartment door it wasnt there. I checked the lobby, no packages. Went to my buildings security. No delivery person had arrived at all in the last hour. Checked with neighbors. Checked the package room. No one named Mark lives or works here. Security checked the cameras and no one from OnTrac had approached nor entered the building. I am filing a police report today because this is outrageous. This is clearly fraud.
This is THE worst last mile delivery business without taking responsibilities. Their drivers stealing packages and leaving you out of the item and money. I have 5 cameras at the front of my house and none of it captured any delivery but they claim that my package has been delivered, not able to provide the location where the driver left the package at my house. No picture, nothing. They will tell you: "Our delivery records indicate this package was delivered" and you can't do anything about that. This is a classic legal fraud and scamming business allowed by our great government.
I ordered a package not knowing the carrier was going to be OnTrac. They never deliver packages to the correct address and don't even have a live customer support line. They are a scam and need to be shut down.
This is our 4th experience with ontrac, and unfortunately its ALWAYS the same. They tried to deliver to a business in a business district at 6:48pm in the evening, then posting they didnt have a "code' to the gate. BBB rating 1.3, trustpilot 1.1 sitejabber 1.3 all 3 with well over 5000 reviews! How does this company stay in business? Look at there webpage and follow the money trail!
This company is absolute trash. This is the third order from Temu sent by OnTrac that has been delayed. The first order was 15 days late despite the fact that my package was 15 minutes away from my house. But eventually it arrived out of the blue. So now I have 2 orders from Temu sent via OnTrac that are once again delayed but this time the travel history showed it being delivered, which it wasn't and then the next minute it shows as delayed delivery date updated. So I decided to virtual chat with an assistant. I explained what's happened, she went off for a minute, came back and wrote that to much time has passed for an investigation to be done, contact the seller and then she cut me off chat. Absolutely unbelievable! I cannot even begin to describe how much I hate this company. They need to be shut down or change their name to Offtrac! If I could give zero I would.

I ordered several items from Temu and have yet to receive them. The status keeps saying shipment delayed and its been this way for 2 weeks. I've reached out to ONTRAC via their site and I get NO response. I have even texted the number they provided and again NO response. What's the deal with this company. I ordered several other things after this order and I've received them but NOT the one I really really need. So frustrated!
I was expecting a delivery for a expensive tool from Home Depot. This company didn't deliver the scheduled date. Since I was leaving town the following day, I wrote emails and was trying to call for over a day. They never responded to my emails and the phone, they probably don't even hung the phone up so no one bothers them. They have the worse customer service ever. They totally ignore customers. They delivered the package for it to be lost, since no one was at home.
Says delivered and it happened twice during the same evening. No trace of package as anywhere and no neighbors got it. No sign of car or any truck stopping at neighbors. This is a crooked company run by thieves!
If the company we order from on line uses this company- ask for a different delivery option. This company sucks! You can never get a response they make it too hard to connect to anyone. Bad service and swear they deliver on time! And they have the nerve to have drivers take pictures at the delivery site- only to show he's at the wrong house! Drivers don't verify the address because if they did they would deliver to the correct home. Horrible service. Please don't use them!
They keep delaying delivery even though their tracker shows my package is in my town. I have to sign for it so I've basically been held hostage for 5 days. Their so called live chat is useless as the response keeps saying " I don't understand ". This was a purchase through Best Buy so I have little control. Hoping Best Buy can help me.
My package keeps getting delayed. I am incredibly tired of being told that it will arrive in 2 days and if it doesn't I should contact the seller. I ordered things off of Temu and when I reached out to them about the undelivered package they told me that intrac was the one that could help. However ontrac directed me back to asking Temu. They obviously don't care about customer service and my order is weeks past it's due date. It's also shown that it's there. It's in the ontrac building, just not getting delivered. I hope whoever is responsible for this absolutely irresponsible act is rightfully punished. I still haven't received my order and I'm afraid I never will.
My package was sliced open half of my items removed then resealed with clear tape that was definitely not the tape used by the company I ordered from and there was some kind of scented oil spilled on my package.Temu's tape has Temu printed on it in orange you can clearly see that this is just clear tape with no writing! It's sickening to order things that you want/need and after waiting in anticipation for your items only to have them be stolen! I am pissed! Do better! Get the thieves out!
(sorry for righting a paragraph i just needed a feeling dump) I ordered $300 worth of stuff on SHEIN and it said it was delivered on the SHEIN app and OnTrac too but it didn't get it. So I'm like wondering where it is, and I'm so scared im not gonna get my package, because of the reviews. But $300 worth of stuff that was 19LBS i don't think they stole it but i could be wrong. And i hope they didnt place my order somewhere else. It said it was delivered to my city but i dont have it and they need to be out of buisness or something i need my $300 worth of stuff. NGL i have been crying for the last 30mins and im so very frustrated i hope i can find my package and stuff but if not, where gonna have problems. By the way, if you try and call them they are not gonna pick up it. When i tried calling it was like their phone line was down or something. But long story short, THIS COMANY IS SO BAD, I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL NOT BANKRUPT IF TRY TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Worse company ever, this is the second time they mark a package as delivery and I have a video camera where I can see very clear they left with my package on their hands. This is incredible was an old man this is disrespectful.
Ontrac delivered a package to my townhome, leaving the package beside a busy sidewalk--not even putting on the front porch or inside my unlocked front gate. All deliveries are typically made inside the gated community, to the back door but even putting the package on the front porch would have helped. Customer service just said report to vendor. Any reasonable person would know not to leave a package beside a main sidewalk. I am truly astonished.
This company is shady. Imagine a logistics company of such have no actual phone number to atleast speak to someone to resolve an issue just before it turns to a problem. They only use text messages or chat and will quickly end the chat on you. They simply have no interest in making sure package are delivered right. They will not hold your package for pickup, provide you with delivery window time, reschedule the delivery for later day or even get a signature. They do not accommodate the recipient in any form. Once they have your package forget it, just pray it doesn't get stolen, or lost etc, that's if they even make it to the correct address. They careless about how you will receive your package and the will never work with you to accommodate sechdule. First time my company to use them and this will make its the last time. They ruin relationships between sender and receiver
They are thieves! They They steal packages and say they were delivered. They stole my first delivery of my order and the replacement order. I will never order anything online from any company that uses this delivery service.
They are totally off trac. They did it 2 times with the recent company I ordered with, but why would this company trust shipping with this carrier? Why? I don't get it. On Trac cannot be trusted anymore with my package shipping. I would not even use them to ship my packages through them. They don't care about picking up anything and get it shipped and delivered.
If this place is your shipper, good luck getting your package on time or even at all. You can't talk to anybody or even text them. Just toss your package any where and are expected to play hide and seek. I live in gated community with 1,200 homes and they just leave it anywhere. Companies are losing customers because of you shoddy employees
I was not notified yesterday about the first delivery which they marked "attempted". When I contacted OnTrac, I was informed that it required a signature. The delivery person did not ring the doorbell or leave a note. They sent a text notifying that it was out for redelivery today. I requested that they ring the doorbell. When I requested an ETA, I was informed that it could be anywhere from 10:22am until midnight. Around 2:30pm, I saw a white car drive by my house and noticed my package in front of the door. No doorbell, no signature requested. I was deliberately lied to about this delivery. I was also informed that the driver can't call me to let me when they're coming because they don't have a company phone. Yet I was asked for my phone number. I then asked why would they need that if they don't have a company phone. The response was that they would use their personal phone. Why didn't they do that in the first place? At the very least, the driver could've contacted the dispatch and have dispatch contact me. Unbelievable and unacceptable.
Had packages arrive 2 months late. They also will sometimes mark "delivered" on the tracking, but not actually deliver anything. Not sure if the packages are being stolen or piled up in a warehouse, but don't plan on ever receiving them. OnTrac support is nonexistent. You have to contact the seller and see if they're willing to refund. In the rare case that a package is delivered it's almost always damaged and thrown in some odd place. Complete rubbish of a company that makes USPS look like royalty.
Ordered a pretty expensive item expecting it to be delivered within 7 days via any other service like UPS, FedEx, USPS. Nope - sent through this company I've never heard of until now and my package has been sitting in their facility for two days - and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Attempts to reach customer service have been unsuccessful. Will stop doing business with any company that contracts with OnTrac.
Answer:Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer:Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
