So I've gotten more than 1 temu order. My first delivery came at 9:49 pm...I thought it was a one off. Well this last delivery was worse! I was told that I could expect delivery by 12am no later this was at 8:57 pm. It was impossible to get anyone live in a call and the live text agent Nya was extremely rude and ended our chat due to my request for a phone call. As soon as she ended the chat I received a text update to say that delivery was attempted but noone was home. This was a lie, noone ever came and I was parked at the front door due to my apprehension about the late delivery. Needless to say Ontrac is trash!
Ontrac is one seriously ghetto "delivery service".
This isn't the first time they've failed at their job and it won't be the last.
They left my package on top of my mailbox next to a rural highway! Brilliant!
Here's the best part: tracking said it was left "behind gate". Not even close! Not a gate in sight! Yea, just lie about the delivery!

So i ordered some teas from a website and they said that it was supposed to be delivered today, i get the notification saying its been marked as delivered and when i went to check there was no sign of my package, i contacted them and they pretty much told me to wait for two more days and if not to contact the seller honestly i wish they would choose a completely different company than them cause this is bull$#*!
Package said out for delivery on expected delivery date in the morning, package never arrived. No update either until the next day. Says package is damaged and unable to deliver. Unable to get a hold with a live person with Ontrac. 110% do not recommend OnTrac as carrier. If I had the option to choose my own carrier, I would have never choose them. Because how tf do you "damage" a small 4lbs package?!. Or was it stolen?!. Btw, it was an apple watch!
This was my first time with this delivery service. They are very incompetent. They delivered my package to the wrong address today. I had to walk around searching for my misplaced package in the rain. Their customer service is very slow as well. I would not recommend them to anyone!
This company should be out of service soon. Even when you explain how to delivery the package they are unable to do it.
It is outrageous that with all of today's technology for finding an address some dum-dums who work for Amazon or OnTrac will actually leave a package with the wrong number on the door on the wrong street - and take a flipping photo of it! Supposedly they're checking GPS but they're not and looking at an actual street sign might be helpful to see if one is on the right street. They don't look. I am flipping disgusted with getting DELIVERED emails with no package and then, adding insult to injury, a photo of someone else's door with my house number NOT ON THAT DOOR. I blame these largely seat of the pants upstart companies who apparently don't train or properly oversee their carriers. And forgot about contacting OnTrac after the mistake. You have to wait until their ready to contact you. Why can't we get a hold of carrier who screwed up as soon as misdelivery is made? OnTrac won't answer and doesn't care. Avoid OnTrack. They would have better service hiring chimps.
They claim my package is "delayed", it's been delayed for 3 days with the same vague $#*! message! I call them for help and get more vague $#*! messages with no $#*!ing direction. Their website $#*!ing sucks, there isn't $#*! on there to help anyone but people looking for a job. Offtrac needs to go!
I recently purchased some fragrances from fragrance net they used on track as the carrier they are the worst the customer service is horrible when I tried to get information about I got over 65 text message is from them with no results. They lost control of the package I had contact the vendor and they issue another order and the same issue occurred again could not get any information on the whereabouts of the package they don't have a phone number for you to speak w a live person just text messages they don't deliver the packages when they do often it's the wrong address. I once ordered a package to be delivered in NY and was delivered to Ohio they suck period if know that a vendor uses them I will not patronize them that's how unreliable they are

Before buying something online from a store, I never heard of ontrac. The day my item was to be delivered there was an "exception" on the account and I was asked to confirm my address, which I did. After that everyday I checked my order, it was supposed to be delivered and never was, I finally tried to call to see what was going on, have the item shipped to another address if I had to, but I couldn't bc they only have a very unhelpful text line that told me to call the seller. As of today my item has been shipped back to the seller. Every other item I bought frm the seller I have already bc they shipped through ups, idk why anyone would use this company.
I received a notice that my package was delivered at 6:22 PM. My business closes at 6. Ontarc stated that they left it at the front door. It was not there. The front door to my business opens onto the sidewalk. That would mean that they left it on the sidewalk. A busy sidewalk.
What kind of legit shipper does that? I get dozens of packages each month. USPS is the best. They come back the next day. UPS & FedEx sometimes leave it with another business or come back the next day. No one has ever left a package on the sidewalk.
Ontrac's customer service is non-existent. I called. I got a recording and, after going through some prompts, was told I should contact the vendor who sent the package. Huh? They sent it. It was Ontrac's job to get it to me.
I will now ask any vendor I deal with what shipping service they use. If it's Ontrac and they can't or won't ship it any other way, I will cancel the order.
They held my package with the explanation they need more information. I tried click on the link that was given. No option to give information or what they needed. I tried to contact them. They could not locate tracking number and the customer service agent disconnected as soon I told him my package was being held.
They lost my package twice. The tracking number show like was delivered, but no package in my door.
I had ordered something a long time ago, and ontrac constantly updates with a postponed delivery. I am not sure if my items are lost, but there's no customer support to help. Trash.
I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on 9/1/2023. It got delayed because my apartment building door is locked. I updated my delivery instructions 5 times and they still refuse to deliver my package. They expect me to be sitting outside from 9 am-7pm in order to get my package. OH! And there is no way to call them
My package has been out for delivery in Smyrna, GA for 2 days and it's supposed to be in Rome, GA. Where exactly is my package?
I have had several packages delivered to my place from other companies ( UPS, FedEx USPS) from the same original sender and the other companies have no problem, delivering it to the place that I'm asking them to deliver it, but Ontrack seems to have an issue with sending it to the place that I needed to. The Stabley Schmidt is clearly a business. It is open at certain hours. I give them the hours that the business is open in days and I am yet to see my second package ever delivered. It has gotten so bad because the customer service even sucks that the original place that I'm getting the merchandise from. I've had to specifically tell them never to ship through ontrack ever again. Because the project that I needed the stuff for is now set back three weeks because of this company.
Tried to call to talk to a live person to see where maybe my package has went but you really can't because it just looks around on the stupid loop so I decided to email them to see if I can get the problem resolved. No explanation of where this package ever went or where the delivery was dropped off at by the driver. Because it never made it to the company but I kept saying that it was delivered but then it was saying it was going back to the ontrack facility. So I don't know what the persons done with my package or why they want my package but I hope they're happy. It's not their time and money that they have wasted. My customers waiting on something that I should've been able to give them had I ever got my package. It is very sad that I had to re-order the order and some of the pieces I couldn't even get because they were out of stock which would've been in the package that I should have gotten.
I received an email delivery notice, and in moments went to the webpage and requested a do not deliver. It is offered right on their webpage. Noted that I didn't order from this company and the company won't take returns. It had just gotten picked up at the seller when I put the request in. Over a week later it shows up. For over 2 weeks I have been trying to get them to come pickup their mistake. No one will call, there is no phone number to call them, no drop off or any actual building to speak of and they are making up excuses, why it was delivered. Saying they did get my nonfiction until after it was delivered. Straight up lie. They will not make right on their mistake. UPS, Fed Ex and USPS are all 100 times better than this shady, back alley business. Good luck if you ever are crazy enough to use this company! I have no proof of purchase to attach because I did not order anything.

Answer: Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
