Ordered four small pieces of steel square bar, and two small sheets of custom-cut aluminum for will-call pickup. All but the thicker sheet of aluminum was available quickly. The thicker 1/8" sheet of aluminum took a bit longer to come in.
Customer service was responsive in answering questions about the late-arriving sheet.
A big thanks to Online Metals. I ordered a piece of expanded metal for my BBQ pit. When I received it the diamond shaped was cut the opposite way. The diamonds were cut vertical instead of horizontal as needed on my pit. Meaning the edges would need to be reinforced to hold much weight and not sag.
I sent an email to customer service. They replied back very quickly and let me know they were sending a new piece to correct the issue. The new piece arrived the next day in plenty of time for a weekend BBQ.
For any future metal needs I will definitely order from Online Metals.

Our first order of a sheet of brass came damaged. We refused the order and sent back asking for a new shipment. They sent another damaged sheet of brass and said every order of brass that we would get would likely be damaged. Why sell it then? The customer service was not good either.
Looked online for some common aluminum extrusion. Found pricing between 5 - 8 dollars per item. Online metals wanted over 20. There shipping and product cost is extremely high. The order they quoted me for over $700 dollars was just over $200 at a competitor. No thanks Online metals.
This is my go-to source for bronze and aluminum metals for my home based crafts... but if you're looking for that particular alloy of stainless steel, they have it here, too! Great selection of sheet/plates of all metals as well as tubing and piping, solid rods and fittings.
If you don't have a metals source nearby your home, buy it online - fast delivery comes standard!
