DON'T BUY TICKETS FROM THEM! I bought 3 tickets to "Disney on Ice show", which I attended on Saturday 26th, 2019. The tickets were overpriced by about $129. Each. When I got to the show, I then realised as the couple sitting next to us had paid this amount less than us. What a rip-off, and when I contacted them to verify if it was a mistake, they gave me this explanation...
"Thank you for contacting us. After reviewing your order, I can confirm that you were correctly charged for your tickets. As sellers set the prices of their tickets, the price others paid would not have a bearing on what you were charged. Feel free to reply to this email if you have any additional questions.

Fraudulent purchases from Online City Tickets. DO NOT PURCHASE from them! I recently went on their website to purchase Backstreet Boys tickets in row 127 and when I received my receipt, the seats listed with a completely different section on the top row section 323. After calling the help center, they told me there was no proof that I was intending to purchase the tickets in section 127 because my receipt stated otherwise. Every website has the 100's section seats listed as the price I paid but there was no customer service options offered. They informed me that my only option was to sell the tickets to someone on a third party site and buy new tickets. This site is not legit, they are scamming people and ticket GOUGING.
I purchased tickets for a friend that is not tech savvy. After charging $40 more per ticket than advertised, I received an email that i cannot print the ticket. I have no way to get the person who purchased the tickets to him. All he wanted to do is go to a Santana concert. This company has now taken all of the joy out of a concert. That's pretty hard to do too.
DO NOT USE this site! I bought 4 tickets for my family for $41 a ticket but they charged me $58.75 a ticket totalling $235. Then to add to the pain the face value on the ticket was $25. When I pointed this out to them they basically told me too bad. This is not a reputable site if they are not able to admit when they've over charged someone.

Service charge is ridiculous. I spend $161 in shipping and service charges on 2 tickets. My fault for being is a rush and not paying attention to the fee's. Don't make the same go somewhere else!

I'm seeing some people having trouble getting their tickets but I did not encounter this issue. I was getting worried but a week before the concert my tickets were emailed to me. I really wanted actual tickets but this was not an option. I took screenshots of our tickets and had no trouble using them at the concert. We sat in the wrong seats at first but the people were nice enough to direct us to the right ones. Was an awesome experience with my husband and daughter. This is my favorite Metallica concert.
Overall, it was a great experience. Except for when my bank put a block on my card because they thought someone was using my card without my permission. It took awhile to get the bank on the line and I almost lost my tickets but in the end we got it taken care of and I got my tickets. The customer Service Rep Milly was very nice and patient while I got my bank on the line. She even gave me a discount which was awesome. I am now broke but it will be worth it for METALLICA on September 11th in Sioux Falls. We are so excited. My husband, daughter and I are going as a family. How exciting! I love Metallica!

Their fees are not transparent or disclosed up front. I purchased 3 tickets@ 49.00 each. Service fees were over 50.00. Adding almost 30% to total price of tickets. That was not disclosed upfront. Also they dress up their sites to make you think you are buying tickets direct from the venue, even with url's that have the name of the venue in them. Then when you klik buy you are redirected as if they are affiliated with the venue and acting as a ticket agent for the venue, when in fact they are scalpers. BEWARE!
My tickets were canceled "recalled" with less then 1 day notice to the show. I had my tickets for months and bought VIP passes from another site but this site is canceling my main tickets to see the show.
This site claims a 100% guarantee for your show it is a complete lie. My show didnt cancel and it is happening they just pulled my tickets to resell them at a higher rate to someone else.
They wont let you cancel under any circumstances our show was mixed 4 months out and I was not allowed to cancel then when the show dare comes and we are all planned as a family to go the pykk our tickets from us with not notice and we are stuck with our VIP costs from the other company after confirming with them 48 hours in advance, and no way to get into the show because if these people.

Sold me a $100 concert ticket for an evening performance, then THEY change the time to 2 PM, conflicting with my established plans for the day. Should be an easy matter to exchange for another day and definitely honorable to refund me, but NOOOOOooooo...

We went on line to buy tickets for Cher and went or the site that said saddledome.org. We have had great success dealing with the Saddledome except this was not them it was onlinecitytickets. We were in a hurry so did not notice priced in USD for a canadian in concert in a canadian city. Yes when we reread this it is there but no obvious when tickets are selling fast. Deliberate mis direction and will never use this site again.
She was very pleasant to work with very helpful told her how much we need that we could spend on each ticket she promptly found great seats for us and looks like we're going to have a wonderful time she explained everything to us very thoroughly very smooth the transaction was very smooth my no complaints on mytrans action
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November

Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
