F****** pieces of S*** ripped my dad off. My dad is not exactly computer literate and ended up buying the tickets from this service. He paid 3X! What the actual ticket cost. They don't show you the total you will pay until after you have made the order and then you can not cancel it. This has to be illegal! F**** You who ever runs this business you are the nothing but scum.

I got "flash tickets". It says I got the tickets, but I'm still not absolutely sure that I actually have the tickets. I'd much rather have an image of an electronic tickets or the old school physical items.

Online City Tickets claims to sell tickets at competitive prices but they add large fees on the final step of the order and they fail to show you the total of the fees until after you place the order. Their site is designed to convince customers that they will get tickets at a certain price but then they add a HUGE service fee to the order. They also refuse to cancel the order once it has been placed! Buyers beware! Don't buy any tickets here!

Everything went fast. I received my email within minutes of making the order. My main complaint is the unexpected fees tacked on at the end of the order. I ended up paying an extra $40 more than the cost of the tickets. What exactly is the $15.00 charge per ticket for? Then another $7.50 fee for the email... That's ridiculous! If I could really have afforded an extra $40, I would have gotten us floor seats to the concert!

When I placed my order for 2 concert tickets I didn't realize that I was on a website that was jacking up the ticket price! I immediately checked my Visa after placing the order and noticed that it was being charged to me in US dollars. I realized afterwards that the Venue in my city is charging $87 to $147 CDN per ticket. I thought that I had clicked on a local website when I was ordering the tickets. OnlineCityTickets charged me $532 USD for 2 tickets... The CDN dollar value came to $726! I immediately called to cancel my order (within 15 minutes of placing the order) but they won't refund my money! I WANT TO WARN EVERYONE NOT TO ORDER TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY! I FEEL TOTALLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THEM!

Great service from OnlineCity Tickets. As a visitor from UK I had never heard of this company but on 15th October 2016 at 17:45 I found out about the Tidal X 1015 charity gig in Brooklyn. This site was selling tickets, I bought 2 and at 19.45 we were in the gig. So great, faultless service. I had to ring the Customer Services whilst in the line to the Batclays Stadium and they emailed the tickets to me a few minutes later. I highly recommend this site.
