Buyer Beware

I could not have paid more money for a worse seat if I have set out with that very purpose in mind. I paid 3x the price available for the seat next to mine direct from the venue. Customer Service responded promptly with no solution. I agreed to pay that price. The fact that the seller was gouging me was my own fault.
Not ever again.

I've never purchased tickets from other than Ticketmaster outlets before. This was a time saver, and as long as they're "no hassle at the door" I'm a happy camper!

Purchasing Coldplay tickets through Online City Tickets was very easy. I found my tickets to purchase very quickly. No hidden costs, but a bit steep in price for the service charge and download capability. I would purchase tickets again using this method.

Though the markup on the tickets are a bit high I was able to obtain floor tickets a day before they where due to go on sale. This venue would have been sold out if I had to wait. Well worth the extra money.

I was a little Leary about the site at first. However, after purchasing my tickets and getting an email with the tickets right away I thought that was great! I really didn't like the fee of $15 each ticket. I thought that was a little high but bought the tickets anyway as a gift.

Got the order confirmation, but still don't know if the seats are together because I haven't received the tickets. I don't go to a lot of concerts, so I don't know if this is the way buying a ticket goes. If so, I don't like it. I navigate to the First Niagara Stadium website for tickets and get sent to this website, where I'm paying maybe more or maybe less for tickets? Don't understand why.

I received confirmation of my order, but am not expected to get my tickets until March 20th, 2017. I requested email delivery. When I get those tickets then I will feel more confident to review this site.

The site overall was easy to use; however, the site showed that the seats were $62 a piece, plus the email processing fee. I was charged a total of $168.15

I thought the ease of ordering was very good. I do however do not agree with the amount of extras over the amount of the ticket price. The extra charges do not make the tickets worth the over all charge... I will seek other options in the future to aquire tickets without the extra charges above the original ticket price. I understand a reasonable extra charge but a $168.00 above the $100X2 ($200) ticket price is TOO MUCH... this is my review and my opinion... thank you for asking

I am based in U. K. but visit new New York each year, I have every confidence in this website for event tickets. I would add the service charges are extremely excessive and maybe they should be hidden in the cost of the ticket, you have the opportunity to make your decision on the full cost before you make your decision on the purchase. Having said that I would reccomebd this website to others.

WAS NOT SURE ABOUT THE CHARGES AND CALLED TO DISCUSS AND I HAD TO WAIT ON HOLD FOR 40 MINUTES AND THEN TO BE HUNG UP ON WITHOUT TALKING TO ANYONE. NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. OVER 50 FOR A SERVICE CHARGE! RIDICULOUS!
