SCAM!
June 13, 2016

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE ITS A SCAM, i bought a ticket from them and tryed to confirm it with the airlines and they had no information on me. Booking #, Confirmation #, Ticket # Passenger info nothing.
So i call one travel, they assure me im wrong. I wait 2 weeks, same thing, so I call the airline, they say they have nothing and i got scammed.
Call one travel, they assure me again, they said they called the airline, so I call the airline again and still no info.
I try to cancel with onetravel and they hang up on me. This happens 4 times until I contact my bank. One travel agrees with me to refund but i have to pay them another $100 and wait 3 months or more for my PARTIAL refund.

I got to the website from Kayak when searching for a flight to Georgia.
The price was listed as 400 dollars on both sites but it took me a while to order and the price must have change. A few hours later I noticed the error in the confirmation email and called to cancel the flight. Customer service told me that because more than 4 hours have passed I must pay cancellation fees and some more fees, which came out to almost 300 dollars, for cancelling a flight a few hours after ordering.
Be careful with this site, triple-check when ordering and order from a different website if possible. Not recommended

Was about to book a very attractive ticket to fly to India (Amristar-London-Toronto. The flight details showed a flight from Amritsar to London with 1 stop in between at New Dehlo (it did NOT specify how long the stop was, forcing me to call the agency to confirm). It also stated that there was a 22 hour layover in London before departing for Toronto. So I called the agency to clarify. The agent could not confirm the flight number I read off to her from their own website, could not verify how long the layover was in New Dehli or in London. Then said there was a 13 hour layover in New Dehli, and a 5 hour layover in London. This did not add up (22 hrs). I told her this is misleading and confusing. She directed me to contact the airline (Air India). When I contacted the airline, they said the layover in New Dehli is 9 hours and in London she could not confirm at all. Said that I needed to contact the Agency to verify.
Totoal BS! I would NEVER even think about booking with them! Wasted 2 hours just making phone calls back and forth, and the page to book the ticket expired while I was trying to clarify their misleading information. Still was not provided with a clear answer. Very misleading, I would also call it false advertising! I would rather pay $200 more and know where my flight goes and how long any stops are.

We flew on June 6 from Catania, Sicily, to Rome on a Ryanair flight booked online with OneTravel. At the airport we were told that since we had not printed boarding passes in advancea Ryanair policywe had to pay $50 each for 2 boarding passes. OneTravels receipt for this flight says nothing about printing boarding passes in advance or paying a penalty. OneTravel is indifferent to our problem. A supervisor said it was our responsibility to know the Ryanair policy. He said, When you book online, you are your own travel agent. If thats the case, who needs OneTravel?

Our website does advise the customer he needs to print boarding passes with Ryan air to avoid additional cost. It was also displayed during the booking process. The customer had filed another complaint stating they could not print boarding passes because they were staying at a small hotel, (apparently) they may not of had a printer, not sure! But pax was aware of the advance boarding pass, why else would they have inquired at the hotel!

I sent the following message to them following several problems;

"I booked with you with no problem.

You sent me an email to check in for my flight. I couldn't. Your link just sent me to your site to buy more tickets.

You sent me an email to rate my experience. I couldn't. The link just sent me to your site to buy more tickets.

I had to search to even find a way to give you feed back. Here it is.

Never again."

I also gave them a rating of 1 star. But the site simply refused to accept it and gave me this screen;

"There is some technical issue while submitting request. Please try after some time."

Service provided by Werner its the worse that i ever received my hole life, not professional, bad attitude, not willing to assist or provide a resolution to my problem, and when I asked to talk to a supervisor, he said that no one was available, a supervisor named Bearden supposed to called me back but that never happened, I called back and a girl named Teresa told me that the supervisor noted o, the system that there was nothing he can do for me. This is the worse experience I ever had in all of the years that I have been traveling in, and out of the country, I don't recommend this company at all, I'm very disappointed. I rather lose money than travel with a company like this. What type of company don't care about their customers, they prefer lose customers that help with our concerns.

False Advertising

I replied to an online ad for "as low as $317 LA to Boston.". The phone representative had no such flight available, and offered me a higher price.

I recommend never never use this website for buying the ticket, today I had terrible experience with them, they do not let us to fly because of visa issue.the problem was: the agent book me flight on the phone with 2 stop without telling me that I need the visa, I called from the airport and ask for solution the agent offer me most expensive flight for more than double of ticket price or cancel it, for cancellation I loose three hundred per passenger and the refund will be 60 days later, it took me more than 4 hours to call and call back to find someone who was like supervisor, he told we do not give visa information, and it is not our responsibility. Their responsibility is sell the tickets any way and do not care about how much they may put us on trouble. My question is why they sell ticket without considering the passport and travel doc, why they do not give advise us we need to check with visa office? This trip was very important to us, it was emergency and we loose lots of money also the off days that already arrange replace with someone else. And we cant go to work too.
Never buy ticket from them and do not let them play with your money, time and emotions. But other websites has like https://secure.lastminute.com

I booked for 2 passengers, one gets assigned a seat and the other one doesn't (boarding pass says GATE) so at the gate, the Air Canada agent (herself grumpy and impatient) seats us really far from one another and we gave to switch with neighboring passengers to be able to sit together.

Also, while reserving, I entered our frequent flyer program account numbers but apparently they never found their way onto our reservation so now I gave to chase my reward points manually myself because of One Travel's negligence or incompetence.

I think I might have saved something like $120 between the two of us, certainly not worth the headaches.

I had a horrible experience with this company, which is also known as Cheapoair.com. I highly recommend that you check reviews of these companies, and be prepared to go through disputing charges with them, and then with your credit card company. I have never seen such poor customer service, long hold times, and lack of standing behind their cancellation policies. The customer service staff seems to try to mislead you to keep the booking, and charge you additional fees.

Rate- 000 Fraudulent
April 17, 2016

This site and the people you speak to are all Frauds. I booked a flight and when I checked my bank account it was never booked but yet somehow I was charged a few hours later for 3 different flights (from a different state) I called one travel and the info they claim to have didn't match my bank statements. Something is not right. The website is a scam. Not to mention the grammar on the site is terrible. Also, it shows that they are located in Las Vegas but when I spoke to customer service they said they are "only located in India and no where else in the world". Why is that? Doesn't sound right to me. They can scamming people.

Think twice b4 booking.
I had my bookings confirmed.
With airlines booking number.

But the next morning when I woke up. I was greeted with an email saying that the Airline did not confirm my order and asked me to choose a much more expensive deal or cancel the booking.

Then I called the Airline to check if my bookings was made. Korean Airlines confirmed that there was such booking n they will reserve my booking till 26th April if Onetravel.com pays them.

I've paid with a valid credit card and I received a call from my credit card company to verify that I've made a payment above 5k. So when I received the email. I was totally puzzled.

I called my credit card company to find out that Onetravel.com actually called them to verify my credit card details but only USD$1 was charged to my credit card.

I was still pinning hope thinking that maybe they will charge ltr. But I sent in emails to tell them. The situation only to get 1 reply.

Usually some customer service will call... but today. I waited the whole day. No one had called! I only received 1 email.

Cancelation

I called One Travel for my refund (it was refundable ticket) and they said they will request airline. And that was last week. I called them back today to check the status and they have not done it yet and it has been 5 business days. And it is very difficult to communicate with customer service. Every time I call them, it feels like I am talking to the wall... Your problem will be only your problem. Don't use this website.

They say free cancellation
Then you start to look in to the little letters to find out that they are simply cheating on you at the most simple way
Just avoid such companies - they don't deserve our business
They have to go and make way for honest, customer respecting companies

Don't use One Travel
March 10, 2016

I call One travel to get a little help with getting with a refund or at best, a change in reservation. I now feel it necessary to make it a person project to make it known that One Travel will not deliver good service. I planned to purchase a plane ticket through Icelandairs website and was redirected to One Travels site instead. Unfortunately, I made the purchase using One Travel, and I have had nothing but regret since. The reservation was made on February 3rd for a flight on May 14th to visit my son and his family. They had been stationed there for what was supposed to be three years. Two days later I was informed that due to reassignment, they would be moving to Seattle within a month and a half. I call One travel to get a little help with getting with a refund or at best a portion of my purchase price returned. I spent $878.79 and One Travel offered me back only $130.00 back. When I ask to talk with a supervisor, I was placed on hold for 45 minutes until I hung up. Since my first attempt, I have yet to speak to a supervisor and customer service have been rude, and overly unhelpful. This experience is by far the worst that Ive ever seen or heard. PLEASE dont ever use One Travel. BW Booking #*******

We booked our flight from Minneapolis, MN to Tampa, FL through Onetravel.com on Spirit Airlines with ease and were satisfied with the cost but once we went to our flight information online we found quite a few additional fees with Spirit and it ended up costing considerably more than we expected. We will probably never pick Spirit again but will book through Onetravel again.

Deplorable
March 6, 2016

A close second to necrotizing fasciitis. We changed flights and they gave us a voucher to redeem. When we tried we found out they tack on so many fees it would cost us double the amount of the ticket alone just to use our money we spent. While on the phone with their customer support, not only were they very disrespectful, they also had the odacity to ask us if we understood the english language. I may not be an english major, but its the only language i have ever known. Overall, at least you can cut away a flesh eating infection. This company's deception and awful customer service will linger forever.
