Have shopped w/ Full Beauty and the other companies included under their umbrella for well over 10 years. I've had to have many exchanges and while I don't care for the "buy the exchange, we will refund the return" I've done it many times. It just ties up the money on the Full Beauty Credit Card. This year I purchased a leather coat for my son for Xmas. When he tries it on there was a tear under the pocket. I called them and wanted to "exchange" it. I did not want to buy it again- I did not want to send it back and wait the 3-6 weeks to make it their return/exchange department. I asked that they send me a new coat and I'd send this back at the same time using their return label, OR send me an OVERNITE return label- it would at least cut off the shipping back time. They would do neither. I have worked at Duluth Trading, and shop online at Zulily, Wayfair and Amazon. ALL 3 of those companies have replaced damaged items immediately, and sometimes they don't even want them back. WHY, because I do All my shopping online. I have been with those companies for many years and have spent a lot of money. I am treated like the customer I am.
I returned the coat for a full refund, all the credit cards (at one time you had to have separate cards for Roamans, WW and King Size) cut in half and EVERY packing I could fine from the last few years. I cancelled my accounts and credit cards. I will NEVER shop with them again.

Terrible!

I suggest you do not purchase from the site! They do not tell you that the vendors are all in China and mostly all out of the USA. You will never receive a status update on your order it always says not shipped yet and when you call customer support they have no status on your order and cannot reimburse you until it shows the item has shipped! Fraud fraud fraud!

Horrible Return Policy
November 3, 2021

Ordered a pair of shorts. Size on the outside of the package says "30", size on the tag says "20". Immediately returned them. Three months later, they return them to us marked "Damaged". They were never worn! I called customer service, they said they received them over a month after we returned them. They also kept saying "we can't do anything". When I said "stop saying can't. You can, but won't" They hung up on me.

I have used Roamans and OneStopPLus for 20 years. I loved to browse. Now it is a night mare and I give up even when I am TRYING to buy something. It is so User unfriendly now. If is isn't broke, don't fix it.

USED to be Great, But No more

I have been a customer for years of Roamans, Jessica London & Woman Within. Since the merger of the these 3 sites and the additional companies combining at One Stop Plus I have seen quality go down as prices go up. Besides the huge differences in sizing, I have been having prices change as I add them to my cart (ALWAYS higher) Here is the latest problem I had while trying to find another jacket after the one I received was off size and had a VERY bad chemical smell. I used the chat to try and resolve this as an item was $12 more in my cart than it showed in the description. I started taking screen shots because I've been through this before. I was told to clear my history, that I have an old price showing. Even as I was in my cart, it was showing at the lower price under "previously viewed items" I told them I was would buy it someplace else if they don't honor their shown prices and the customer service rep ended the chat. RUDE! I don't have to clear my browser history to shop on other sites, or worry about something changing from page to page without me catching it, so I am done with One Stop Plus.

Service has gone down since OPS bought out FullBeauty. I recently received an e-mail telling me that my Shopper's club would be renewed on a certain date. When I went to make a purchase after that date, I noticed the shipping didn't change to $2.99, so I contacted them. I was told that my credit card was declined and therefore the membership was not renewed. There is no reason my card would have been declined, as we pay the balance in full every month. There was no attempt to contact me about this. I was told that I was grandfathered in when they bought the company and there is no way I can rejoin. It sounds to me like they are trying to do away with the shopper's club. I've been a member of the Shopper's Club for seven years and I'm really disgusted with the business practices of the current owners. (This concern does not involve a complaint about a product.)

Totally unreliable

They often advertise clothing for sale that is not actually available. Their projections of dates of availability of back-ordered items are greatly understated (by 1-2 months). It is common for back-ordered items to eventually become completely unavailable. Once items are in stock, shipping takes 2 weeks at best. They state they will bill you "When the item ships", although arrival login at the shipping facility is a week to 10 days after the posted ship date. (the date your are billed). Shipping time after it arrives at the shipping facility will take weeks.

When you order from this company it takes forever to receive your package... that is of your lucky enough to actually receive it. I have had two orders "go missing" in the past two months. It is also almost impossible to get intouch with customer service. Also watch your credit card statements this company is notorious for not crediting accounts.

For many years I shopped Roamans, Jessica London and Ellos. I held a Jessica London credit card. I had no problems up until this year, 2021.
In May 2021, I decided to send my mother outfits and shoes using OneStop Plus. I ordered the items then completed the sale. When I received the confirmation email, I realized I made a mistake and reversed the addresses. (I put my mothers address in Kansas as the billing address, and my address in CA as the shipping.) I called them and asked them to cancel the order. I was assured they did that, but the status never changed in my account. I went ahead and ordered properly minus 1 item that was then out of stock.
For 3 weeks I watched the status in my account. One day it stated "shipped". I tried to call OneStop repeatedly, but no one answered. Sometimes it just disconnected me. 2 weeks later I received the canceled merchandise. I went to the website to request a return. It wouldn't allow me to complete the online form. I opened the bag the items came in, and found a return label. I put that return label on the package and dropped it off at the post office. Meanwhile my credit card bill came in. It showed the 2 purchases. I paid for the one I wanted and disputed the other.
The return made it all the way back to wherever the label sent it. I checked my accounts again, and no acknowledgment of the return.
This went on for several additional weeks. I sent the credit card company proof they received the merchandise. None of it mattered. The credit card company wants their money for merchandise in the custody of OneStop.
I told Jessica London to cancel my account. I told One Stop I would never purchase from them again. I am still on the hook for 128.00 due to a $#*!ty website, horrible Customer Service and greedy credit card company.

Be very careful! I have recently found that the returns/refunds that should been credited to my account have just VANISHED into thin air. They can't account for the funds that should have been credited to my account and are according to their customer service "they are investigating the matter". Meanwhile I am paying interest on monies that should long ago been credited/removed from the account balance.

Bad business
August 4, 2021

I ordered from this company in April 2021. Merchandise didn't come until the end of May. I had 60 days to return improper fitting material and I mailed them back within that time. I returned them the end of June. A month later August 4, they returned the merchandise saying I was too late returning them for a refund. They even told me when I called I could stay on the line all day but they will not give me a refund. I was disappointed with some of the material that was used in the capris also. This is a company I would recommend not using their size chart. Needless to say I will never order from them again.

Ordered 4 items from the site & had to exchange 2 for size - in MAY 2021. I returned the items via their label & it took 2 months to get credit for the returns. The exchange items STILL have not arrived (it's 7/23/21). Horrible customer; can't cancel the order, can't get customer service on the phone (they hang up); emails take more than a week to get a response. I WILL NEVER ODER FROM THEM AGAIN!
Save yourself the grief & AVOID "fullbeauty.com" & "OneStopPlus.com" - they LIE CHEAT AND STEAL.

If you do decide to order, try on immediately and either return or exchange immediately or you are stuck with clothing that does not fit. Items must be RECEIVED back within 60 days of ship date! Not date you received. I tried to make an exchange today and they would receive the package back 2-3 days after the deadline. They aren't willing to do ANYTHING! I'm stuck. Can't return either. VERY unhappy and I will not be ordering from OneStop again.

Charged an outragous shipping and did not get here on time. Called multiple times could not talk to anyone. Emailed Onestopplus.com. After 3 emails finally got a response on July 11th, 2021. They would help me on the shipping. Said they could not help it did not arrive on time. I will not buy from them ever again period.

One Stop Plus has ridiculous and excessive shipping times. Cardholders are supposed to get free or discounted shipping and then are made to wait 2 to 4 weeks for shipping of orders, when One Stop Plus is giving priority to those who pay for expedited shipping. Total Scam.

I'm a credit card holder of the Roman's credit card. You would think that as a preferred card holder that they would give me a better service. I tried to stay patient as business in general is different since the covid shut downs and so forth. But, what I'm seeing is that the OneStopPlus community brand has a lot of sales but yet their stock is either non-existent or so back ordered that you are waiting 3 months or more for your items. I just had bariatric surgery. So I order clothes often as I go down in sizes. By the time I get the stock, I've gone down in size and can no longer fit it. So I end up having to send it back. And of course there is a fee if you want a full refund instead of credit. So you are forced again if you want your full money back to get in their continuous back order loop of lack of stock because of their forever big huge sales. I appreciate the sales, but not at the expense of back ordered stock and not having it at all. One time, I ordered sandles at late winter. I figured it would be here by late spring. I didn't get it till summer was over. SHAMEFUL!

Since my order on May 18, the order has shown "processing." My order confirmation states: "Shipping Method: Regular
Will arrive within 7-14 business days, to the contiguous US."

I've tried emailing through the website to see when the order will ship, but the website flashes an error message when you submit the email, so fast that you may not even notice it. Basically they've intentionally broken their email form for order inquiries (For those that have never seen a reply, your email message through the website probably never got sent.)

I have called them 4 times in the past week and followed their phone tree options, and each time I got hung up on because "no one was available to take my call." I tried the "new order" option and immediately got connected to someone named "Tim." He said since my order was in process that they couldn't cancel the order. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. It is standard practice for companies to allow you to cancel if the order hasn't shipped. This is what computers and automated inventory systems are for.

Customer service person Tim said he put a message on my order for the warehouse manager to get back to me via email within the hour on the status of my order. I have little faith that I will receive any email or even that the order will progress.

Next move is to work on a chargeback from my credit card company. Perhaps a class action law suit is in the works? It sounds like they've held up a lot of people's money and even stolen from people by not sending items or failing to process returns.

I used to LOVE onestopplus/fullbeauty, I've been a customer for over ten years. However, now I am a lost customer. They have always been slow as far as getting items shipped out but because the prices were so good especially during sales I put up with it. NOT ANYMORE!

I placed an order in May and I knew there would be a delay due to the volume of orders due to covid. Great 7-10 days I get it. However I never received any updates or anything so I called and was told I couldn't cancel my order because it was in process and was supposed to be shipped the next day. I still have not received shipping notification so I used their chat to contact them and was told it could be up to 14 days, okay cool little peeved off but I'll work with it. STILL no shipping update so I called again and was told that if I would have cancelled it during the first phone call (which I was told I couldn't) that all would have been taken care of but now it's "deeper" into processing and nothing can be done as far as canceling the order. Okay fine, I'm fuming by this time and they hit me with "it will be another 3-4 weeks before it ships". I blew a head gasket this is absolutely REDICULOUS! Especially when I can go online to Wal Mart and order the same items at a bit of a higher price and the same brand and have it in 4-6 days!
