Worst experience I've ever had ordering furniture online! I ordered a bed in April- it was supposed to be delivered in July. Tomorrow is September 1st. STILL NO DELIVERY. Then I was told August. Now, I don't even have a delivery date and a manager can't even call me! So, I have paid for a product that I have not received, nor know when I will receive it! It supposedly has been sitting in a warehouse for the last 10 days. I was also charged for this item weeks ago. Fraud! Also, I have called multiple times to speak with a manager- still no call.

Based on the reviews, it seems this is a reoccurring theme with this company... I will not be ordering from them again.

My notes in the system show that you subscribed for tracking status for this bed back on August 06 as well as for opting for text updated on August 11th. We see that you've spoken to our CS team recently and they have contacted the carrier to schedule delivery of the bed. Please let our team know if you no longer want the bed and we'd be happy to return it given the circumstance.

I'm terribly sorry for the frustrating circumstances. If you no longer wish to receive it we can certainly refund you for the order in full.

Where can I even begin? I ordered a bed on March 3, and have been chasing it ever since. It's august 18th. After being given 5 or 6 different ship dates, none of which have happened.
Each person at the OKL customer service department knows me, I have called so many times. I have had to chase down this bed to the point of ridiculous. Not ONCE did someone from OKL reach out to me to inform me that there was a shipping delay. And even when I reached out of them, it took 3 or more days to get a response via email. They claim they have no way of reaching a manager: they claim they have to electronically request a callback which would happen in 24 hours' time. That was 9 days ago- still have not heard from the manager.

This company appears to be a fraud. They sell you an item to never ship; and never try to make it right. I wanted this bed because it was perfect for my space, so I wanted to wait at first because they blamed it on covid. The covid excuses are past - I will not accept them anymore. Where is my bed? Nobody can give me a straight answer.

Never Received my Bed.

I ordered a bed from One Kings Lane. They messed up the address and sent it to a different state. It was delivered to the totally wrong address and I never received my bed. They were terrible at communicating this to me and I had to reach out to customer service everyday to get any sort of answer. Customer service kept telling me they would resolve the issue but never did. This was a huge inconvenience to me and I will never order anything from them again. They refunded my order, but did not provide me with a new bed. I am terribly disappointed on how they handled this issue.

I'm so sorry for your experience. I was concerned about your comments and the amount of outreach it took. In going through your case and reviewing your phone calls this is the communication that I gathered.

You called to alert us to this that your bed had shipped early. Our agent provided two options to help.
1.) to reroute to a new address
2.) to place the bed on hold near a local FedEx location for you to pick up.

You chose to reroute the bed to a different address within your state.

We discovered, together, that FedEx made a mistake when rerouting this bed. It's unclear how this happened considering the case notes for you and what the agent provided to FedEx show the agent requested the bed be delivered to the correct address within your state.

Our agent called FedEx daily to correct the issue and had verbal confirmation it was processed.

08/03 & 08/07
There were 2 managers + one agent working on the case and providing documentation to FedEx to try and figure out why FedEx did not do what OKL had asked.

We saw that your bed was delivered to a place in IL that we believe is one of our vendor’s warehouses. At this point, we are awaiting confirmation of its delivery and visual confirmation of its condition and quality to ensure it was not damaged in shipment.

At this time, I deeply understand your frustration with the amount of work that you had to put in due to the lack of communication from our agents. Having spent the time reviewing your case and listening to your phone calls I definitely see an opportunity for increased training and will be overseeing this personally. If you wish to move forward with an order in the future and give us a second chance I would be happy to personally help with any future issues that may arise.

Same complaint as most others on this site...
Order not delivered on time, incorrect tracking info provided and only after I requested this information. After repeated emails and phone calls for help to discover what happened to my order and for a reply call from customer service, I've heard nothing- almost 3 weeks past delivery date... I still await information on whether my product can be obtained or receive a refund. I feel this company is possibly fraudulent. Do not use.

I ordered a couch from One Kings lane a couple of months ago and was so excited for it to arrive even though it wouldn't come until early august, I received no update tracking etc figuring it would take a couple weeks for shipping and the arrival date soon approaching, I decided to reach out to them to find out the status only to be told the couch was cancelled with no explanation or notification, not only that the customer service was unapologetic over the situation and offered no assistance, I am beyond disappointed in one Kings lane I already committed to spend more than I wanted to on a couch right now but accepted it because I thought this was a great quality brand and have ordered from them in the past, but in times like this with covid you would think they would be grateful and happy to have customers but unfortunately they aren't and they have lost me forever as a customer, they haven't even bothered responding to messages expressing my disappointment I'm upset I spent months waiting for something and not even being told it won't come when I could've ordered from another company, if one Kings lane keeps up their terrible customer satisfaction they won't survive this pandemic, and they shouldn't, other companies go above and beyond but I won't recommend one kings lane to anyone they should change their name to One Kings Lame

As per photo attached- I purchased a console table for 3,978.01 on the 11th on 19th they charge the same amount for same order again, so now they have $7,956.02 for a $3,978.01 order. I've emailed and emailed and have received every excuse you could think of(this rarely happens so there website says- NOT TRUE, they have had seven days to do a reversal which they have not, My CC co. Says this is not normal since nothing has been shipped and I needed to wait 72 hours. The only thing I can think of is they are using our CC to double bill to boost there accounts receivables to borrow money. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS- STAY AWAY ITS WILL BE LESS EXPENSIVE AND LESS PROBLEMS FROM A REAL COMPANY WHO ACTUALLY LISTENS TO THE CLIENT INSTEAD OF USING UP OUR CREDIT LINE TO BOOST THEIRS.

READ FINE PRINT- YOU CANNOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

We should be able to put ZERO STARS.

Misleading advertising of discounts. When you read the fine print there are 127 exceptions to what qualifies. And then, I spent 30min on hold for customer service, in the end I hung up. To their credit they did respond to my email, 2 days later. The last piece of this, after half my afternoon being wasted on the order, today the canceled due to out of stock!
In fairness, it is possible the stocking issue and customer service is a result of the Covid mess. But surely the 127 exceptions to their discount is NOT Covid related!

I ordered an outdoor umbrella over 3 weeks ago. I never received any tracking information so I still don't believe the item shipped. I would cancel the item but I am afraid I won't receive the credit. They have no business selling items that they do not stock or from vendors that they don't communicate with. Sad but I think One Kings lane may be a retailer that does not survive the pandemic.

No communication

I ordered 2 adorable umbrellas for my pool area on June 6th because it said they would arrive between June 10th and June 18th. It's now June 20th and I haven't received any information about my order. I emailed them for an update and received a generic email that they would get back to me because they were dealing with a high volume... this was last week... Still nothing! There is no phone number that I can call so I have absolutely no info on status. I'm assuming by all these bad reviews that they are going out of business. But who knows!

We ordered a bed (that was not inexpensive) on May 8 and it was supposed to arrive by 6/17 at the latest. It is 6/20 and no sign of the bed--not even a tracking number on the order status (but of course my credit card has been charged). So, I tried to contact them. But, there is no phone number anywhere on the site, and no chat. Just an email submission form. Once you hit "send" you get a note saying they will respond in 3 business days. Ridiculous. And even more ridiculous? I'm still waiting for a response. Don't order from them.

I ordered a sectional sofa and lamp - for an amount in excess of $4000. I understand that service is slowed and perhaps very different during the Covid-19 crisis, however this "customer support" is non-existent. I would have assumed that during covid, the on-line presence of the store as well as the customer service woud have been stronger, but it has been horrible. My calls, and emails have been ignored notwithstanding the amount of money I have spent on items. I could not even get a fabric swatch for the couch that I ordered. The only call I have received is from a finance person to confirm my shipping address. He told me he would make a specific note to ensure that delivery not be made until July 1st and provided me with a special customer service number. After being placed on hold for in excess of 30 minutes twice with no one ever coming on the line, and after 3 emails (which remained unanswered) I finally got a cryptic email telling me they will not assist me with the delivery date. I fear a delivery disaster and I regret purchasing from this company. It is probably the worst customer service I have experienced in years.

We ordered a rattan sofa from One Kings Lane and received excellent customer care and service. Kieana made sure that everything went well. We received our sofa weeks ahead of the projected time. I recommend shopping with them. We had a good experience.

I ordered two bar stools that looked beautiful on the website. I got a confirmation email from One Kings Lane that my items had shipped - but they were clearly something different. I wrote back right away and never heard back. They arrived and were a different brand that was easily searchable on pretty much every other website. Clearly, they fake-branded cheaper seats on their site and increased the price by $100/piece. I emailed the help desk and never heard back. I finally got someone on the phone, who asked me to send pictures and she'd address. I never heard back. Do not buy from this website.

I ordered a desk - the base came but the top is no where to be found. I got a base - which was USED, filled with scratches and wrapped in a blanket shipped by Metropolitan Home. No box, no packing except for an old box for baby items wrapped in tape - labelled as Christmas Warehouse and bed bath beyond. Totally ridiculous and spoke with someone at customer service - they could totally care less. They said I ordered a table and the ETA is September - i ordered it in May. So They said i should wait till September to get everything else since those were the dates. On top of that it was a dropped off at my
House at the front door. The base is 150lbs and they said this is not an in home delivery. This is literally the worst company - I don't know how they got all these celebrities endorsement - it's such a joke - they need to start working on their orders instead of focusing on their marketing.

Do NOT buy from them

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Our table was supposed to be delivered on March 7. That was already SLOOOOOW, but okay. Three weeks is not intolerable, though it's slow. It's March 18still no table, no call from One King's Lane, no attempt at customer care whatsoever. We are told the table will be here on the 19th. This is the third revision. To be clear, the saga began before the corona virus outbreak. The slow delivery is unrelated to thatthough it may be exacerbated by it, understandably. But it's not the cause, and it's certainly not to blame for the ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE they offer. We will never order from them again. Be preemptive: do the same. Save yourself a headache. Don't buy from One King's Lane. They suck.

I knew of OKL prior to the BBB buyout and even received a free candle from them way back as a contest they ran. I ordered my silver plated toast rack for my husband. We made several trips to London and he loved the toast racks idea. After I ordered, I got a hold placed on my credit card and waited for my order to show up as an email. I kept logging in to my account and finally saw my order but I kept waiting for it to show a shipping timeframe. My account also said I had no orders. Finally my order showed online and a date for delivery range. My credit card was charged but still no email with a tracking number. My delivery dates came and went. The last day of the delivery date I got a shipping tracking number. My customer service email still went unanswered, I was getting ready to call my credit card company and cancel my order. My Jan 25th order for Valentine's Day arrived today, Feb 12th.
The toast rack is made in Uk. It is lovely shiny and boxed to be a nice gift. It was very worth what I paid, I wished that communication from the company worked better as I almost cancelled my order after reading all the bad reviews and wondering if I would get a nice item or junk or if my order had even been processed.
Be aware that my order, apparently, was conveyed internally to another company that housed (owned) the item. They were responsible for the tracking number and mailing. OKL needs to give the customer a more accurate idea of what is going on when an order is placed and when it might actually be delivered. The only way to contact the company is to email them and their response time is an estimate of 3 days. I never received a reply.

They sent me the absolutely incorrect painting (I ordered a large black and white woman sketch and got a tiny green garden), and when I called to speak to customer service, she basically said she couldn't help me and then hung up. I had to call again and the second person I spoke to was similarly rude (though slightly less so) and unhelpful. I had made industry recommendations to use OKL but I now I plan on doing the opposite.

I ordered an etagere from them in early January and was told it would be delivered in a few weeks. At the end of the month the pending charge was taken off my credit card and there was absolutely NO communication regarding the order status. I have contacted them several times with no response. Now the item is no longer available at other retailers and i am left wondering what happened to my order. Sadly this was the worst experience I've had with a retail store in a long time.

I purchased a cute white cotton Morgan bed, but when it was professionally put together the fake wood under the fabric would not hold the screws. The side panel is hanging down and the head board is tilted.
I cannot return it!
The website does not take reviews, so buyers beware of their products!
