I'll never use One Kings Lane for any purchase. They were misleading and downright fraudulent in offering merchandise for sale that apparently doesn't exist. Instead of informing me this they continued to back order the products over and over. I would have rather known the furniture was discontinued so I could have ordered something different.

Absolutely the worst company ever! Do NOT order! Strongly strong advise that you order from anywhere else. Have called customer service 10+ times for an order that never arrived and they have done nothing (except charge my credit card, of course).

Found a nightstand for $200 on their website that they called the Eva Nighstand. When it shipped under a different name, I googled that name and found the exact same piece sold on Amazon for $115-- also sold at Overstock and WALMART. So much for unique pieces-- it seems some of these pieces are widely available everywhere and all they do is hike up the price.

Don't honor price changes one day after receiving it. I will not ever shop there again. Customer service is rude but I already see that there ratings are bad. Wish I'd seen that before I ordered

CHEAP CHAIRS

Order the Owen Slipcover Side Chair, Floral Sage & I have never seen a more poorly made, expensive chair. $345 a piece. I ordered 4 & have not been able to assemble a single chair. Holes do not line up to screw in, no extra parts to use after stripping the strews because you are trying to hard to get these to work out. Non-returnable. Yes, I read the instructions. Yes, multiple people have tried. No, I will NEVER order from One Kings Lane again.

I ordered a dresser and paid extra for the delivery and light assembly. When they arrived at my house they advised that was not the case and because they broke the contract ( i didn't have a way to get the furniture out of the box despite the fact that i paid extra). I told them to cancel the order. They still charged me $500 and i have NO furniture. The furniture was $1000. How is that possible? I need my fully refund since i never received the furniture and THEY broke the contract. I took a picture of the contract

They will charge you $199 for "white glove delivery" for something that barely costs $200 promising to refund the charge. I bought an end table that did not need special delivery. They never even called me to tell me when it was going to be delivered, left it on the front porch when no one was home and then refused to refund my money! An agent from the company even told me to go ahead and place the order and call back once it was delivered for my refund. Complete scam if you ask me. I wouldn't even risk it.

I ordered two chairs from one Kings Lane in July 2020 at a cost of about $3500. When the two chairs arrived, both of them had a broken leg. I immediately reached out to the company and asked for them to pick up the broken chairs and just send me two new ones. It is now months later. No one has ever called me about picking up the chairs. They're saying I will not get new chairs until December 2020. The service has been terrible. You also have to wonder why two chairs that cost $3500 would have such poor workmanship that both of them all arrive with such significant damage. It has been a stressful and extremely disappointing process. I would never order from them again. I just emailed them for approximately the 10th time to ask for a remedy, but I am to a point that I feel like I have been scammed.

I ordered a $1650 one-of-a-kind table. OKL charged me in full and delivered the wrong table. I refused to accept delivery. I then proceeded to engage with their Customer Service for ONE MONTH as they tried to figure out what happened, every time having to answer the most asinine questions that I had previously answered in earlier calls or in an earlier email in the chain. I am still waiting for my money back, but have been told the refund will take up to 5 business days. So, in total, I provided a one-month interest free loan to OKL and in return wasted hours of my time and gained a headache. Avoid. Please, just avoid.

I rarely write reviews, but this has been above and beyond. I had order two pictures and had to wait to receive them. When they finally showed up both were damaged on all four sides from the way that they were packed. First, the customer service number of the packing slip was not in service. After using the number from their website, I was connected to a customer service representative. It has been downhill ever since. There has not been one interaction that I have not had to follow up with them on. When I finally got them to actually send me the return shipping label (BTW they sent me two rather than the one I asked for), I was told that as soon as the package was received by FedEx they would process the refund. A week later and I am calling yet again... 4 calls and 5 emails later they confirmed that yes, they received the package back two days ago and since I called, they will now process the refund that they owe me. However, it will be another 3-5 days! Do not waste your time with these guys!

Horrible

I ordered a very expensive sofa from here. When the "new" sofa arrived it was horribly damaged, had multiple holes and a terrible stain in it like it had been used and worn. Hopefully I will receive a refund but never again will I order from here.

I don't ordinarily write reviews. However, my treatment by ONEKINGSLANE was so egregious" that I had to report it. I ordered pillows from this company and they arrived with tassels that looked like straw on an old fashioned broom. For the price I expected some level of quality. Not only was the pillow cheaply made but it smelled like straw of hay and some chemical. When I called the number on the invoice to initiate a return, the phone number had been disconnected. It took me an hour but I found another number and when I reached a representative, I was told that I had to communicate in writing. Of course I received an email indicating that they felt the product was acceptable and that they would not accept the return. Disreputable, dishonest, misleading and arrogant best describe my treatment and the employee I communicated with... Luis E. I don't know whether they are having financial problems (thus the disconnected phone lines and the stealing from customers) but I am following up with the BBB tomorrow.

Ordered flatware on August 28 for $150 - supposed to arrived by September 3. Never arrived. Many calls to customer service, which was polite and assured me every time that order would be fulfilled, but kept stalling. Item always remained on website at same price. A month after order, website price changed to $295, and customer service told me they would not honor my order. Lies, deceptive business practices, etc. I will never order from them again, and advise others not to.

Terrible customer service

I ordered a chair, which took several months to arrive. When it finally did, the chair was badly damaged and the box was taped up with extra tape to hide the tear in the shipping box. I've now had this badly damaged chair sitting in my house for weeks waiting for Customer Service to issue an email for my return. I'm still waiting to hear back after several phone calls and emails. I will NEVER order from them again.

I ordered a large photograph for a client from One King's Lane on July 7th. Several weeks later, on the very last day of the outside delivery time indicated, I received -- the wrong photograph. I worked with a couple of service representatives to have it sent back and replaced with the right photo, and several weeks later, I received -- not only the same wrong photograph, but the *exact same copy of the wrong photograph* I had sent back. I recognized my own poor wrapping job and orange mailing tape! I asked for a refund this time, and then (what an idiot) I ordered an entirely different photograph, spending almost $500, thinking surely they couldn't send back the wrong one again. The outside date for this photograph to be delivered is tomorrow, and I've had no word from the company, no shipping information or updates. In other words, I ordered a photograph on July 7th, and my client's wall is still bare on September 22nd! Various representatives have been more or less helpful, but in the end, the service and followup is simply terrible. The pandemic is no excuse for this level of shoddy. I'll never shop with One King's Lane again, and as an interior designer, will warn everyone I work with off of them.

Omg. So baaad

I own a retail company in another category, so I understand the complexities of customer service. I would shut down all my shops if we treated our customers like this. I have never seen such bad customer service. Between the rudeness of the manager and then the lack of response from customer service. My problems are much like other reviews, Double charging, no customer service and finally settling by a charge back. Just An awful experience.

Tried to buy and item using the 20% being offered.
They would NOT honor the the offer.
Later they reduced the price of the item since I just left it in the cart.
Found the item for less money on a different WEB site.

With the reduction of price and 20% offer on ALL items tried to place the order again!
Again the system denied again.
Could not get a hold or anyone in customer service.
No response to email. A simple problem has cause so much unnecessary aggravation.

Ordered a bed from them. One part arrived, missing the rest. Was told the remaining parts would come a few days later. (Keep in mind there was only one tracking number)
The "rest" of my bed came Later than the date they gave me, and was STILL missing pieces. I called and sent multiple emails. No response. I've now been 2 weeks with NO BED. HORRIBLE communication from customer service. Tell you to wait 24-48 hours then never follow up. Im an interior designer and have a deadline to meet and won't be able to due to this horrendous company. Don't purchase from them. At this rate, not sure I'll ever get my pieces to complete my bed..

I ordered my couch in April and still do not have my couch, I have followed up weekly to find the date continues to change. When I ask to speak to a manager nobody ever calls me back, I finally talked with the rudest manager ever and he was not willing to provide a discount or help me speak with someone who could help us. He would not provide a name or number. AWFUL experience will never buy from OKL aagin
