This product is very well made. I really enjoy the socks especially and the shoes are just fantastic

Other than the second pair I bought being a size too small. The first pair I bought fit perfect. The second pair(same size) was a size too small. The pair that's I got as an exchange was a size bigger and fits ok

It was fun cutting the arch support and feeling comfortable immediately

My experience with this vendor is all over the place:
1) good outreach when you order the shoes
2) took a long time to receive the shoes
3) shoe fit seems off on the sizes, I wear an 8M and ordered 8.5M but my big toe still hits the end of the shoe

More than plenty of choices and product well packaged. Took a bit if time but pleased with purchase

The shoes are very light weight and pretty comfortable especially with the sole insert. There breathable as well. The tough does not stay centered though, and they don't seem to be the best quality so we'll see how long they hold up. But overall they seem like pretty good shoes!

So far so good. Waiting for shipping. Finally received the shoes. They are lovely!

These shoes are not true to size. They do not fit. Too small.

I bought another pair and they were great i needed to buy a second pair and some inserts

My experience was great. Placing the my order was very easy.

When I ordered first size 40 it was too tight for me so I decided to reorder with size 10.5" for the benefits of other buyers, this size now is perfect!

Shipping took a few weeks. Received a ton of emails from the company.

My contact with Ms Brown in customer service was surprisingly efficent and very helpful. I received my 3 pairs of shoes exatcly in the time frame given and with Ms Brown's help was able to do the tracking. Couldn't have had a better experience - thank yoou Omega Wald.
