Easy ordering process, they took longer than I expected to get, my feet hurt the first 3 days I wore them; they've gotten a little better

I like that I don't have to worry about the shoe laces coming untied but the shoes are not as comfortable as I would have liked.

Thanks for getting me another pair of shoes replacing the ones that only lasted 1 1/2 weeks.

Thank you for the good customer service. If you ever make a wide shoe I might buy more.

My only complaint is that it took a few weeks for me to receive my shoes in the mail & the entire time I had no tracking info. I had the tracking number but the only update was that they had been shipped. The tracking info had never been updated along the way.

My first order and shipment didn't go so well, but customer service worked with me to get the right size. I used FB messenger to communicate with them and they always answered within 24 hours. My new shoes are the correct size and they are very comfortable.

The shoe is very cute But it hurts the middle bottom of my feet.And I was really hoping that ithey would be a little bit more comfortable.

I ordered mine almost a size larger but it still wasn't big enough. I wear an 8 1/2 woman's shoe and the size 10 seems to fit, but I haven't worn them to work yet

I was looking for something easy to put on and comfortable enough to wear all day in the house. I wanted them to be safe instead of slippers, so I wouldn't fall. These shoes fit the bill. I bought the pink ones earlier this year for around the house. I loved them so much I bought a darker pair to wear out side with my clothes. I can't get enough of them, they are so comfortable. I also put the extra orthotic in because I have plantar faciitis. I even can wear them without socks, the fit is great. No problems with foot pain here. Get them you will love them.

Easy ordering, fast postage and great communication

I ordered the pink/colorful ones and they sent me the red. On top of that they sent me the wrong size. I was very unhappy.

The shoes were as pictured, size was accurate and the insoles are a real plus for additional support on my feet. Quality seems good. Delivered as promised

The sneakers don't help me at all my feet still hurt and the in soles l bought for the sneakers are too big

I bought these on a whim because I have chronic foot pain and am on my feet all day for work (I'm a surgical assistant). Turns out, they come from China, they take a month to get to you and if you don't like them and want to return them? Better be ready to pay return shipping to China (costs at least $27) or accept a measly 30% refund. I won't recommend these shoes to anyone.
