When you sell in USA you should explain the sizes better. We aren't aware. Especially when the number has US beside of it. I am thankful they sent me the right size after I let them know. The company is fair to deal with.
These shoes are a little tight even though J ordered a half size larger but Other than that, they seem to have plenty of support! Once the tightness wears dow they should be comfortable! The other thing, it took some time to get my order! Although I was sent emails saying my order was in its way, it still took awhile to get here!
The shoes feel cheap and they run very small. These shoes are not going to work and then I find out that I can pay more money to get a replacement or pay shipping to China.

Had a few problems initially trying to place my order but after a few days of trying and contacting Susan for help, I was able to get it done. Then there was a very long delay on receiving my tracking info, but it too eventually came and my shoes came less than (2) two weeks after that. Once I got my order had a problem with one pair being defective, so I uploaded the pics and it was taken care of promptly! All in all, I am sure I will shop here again and I've already told several people about the site!
