It was fairly easy to place the order. I was so disappointed. They really used their advertising and promos to the fullest. I have plantar fasciitis and these just aren't for me I am sad to say.

I bought a pair of sneakers and 2 pairs of socks and support arches. The sneakers didn't fit so I contacted the company to exchange them for a larger size. Effortless exchange and i had my new sneakers in under 2 weeks.

Tracking of item not acceptable, waited almost 2 months for product.

The sneakers are not comfortable at all. I work and stand all day and I am not able to wear them at work because they are not comfortable. I did go up in size but they still do not fit comfortably.

I didn't like the shoes and it is complicated if you need to return them but the company wrote me back promptly and tried to take care of it - which I appreciate very much.

I used the size chart provided by omega walk and ordered a half size above that and the shoes were still too small.

The shoes do not make my feet comfortable, they are supposed to be comfortable for being on your feet all day. I still had to purchase insoles from somewhere else for comfort.

The free insoles that were provided were very uncomfortable.

Very pleased with the shoes and the service, I got the wrong size but they made it right!

First pair was uncomfortable, second replacement pair was just as uncomfortable and small. I measured my foot as instructed. Can not return.

Their not supportive at all. On top of to small, short.
